    Refund of rs. 3879/- has been made by amazon on 7 of October 2020 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]
    "the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      From my account Rs 177 is debited from bank side without giving any information they already charged quarterly to my account at respective times, this is a type of fraud from bank, I strictly warning and challenging bank for this heinous activities, I want my debited money with interest...as bank shocked me in early morning, I am feeling very bad and I am going to challenge bank in consumer complaint service and if I didn't get my amount back then I will challenge bank in Apex court of India.

        I Bought Creative Outliner one v2 headphones from amazon.

        I returned it 5th of november and they initiated the refund of Rs 1439.10 on the same day but i haven't received my refund even today 13th november.

        Amazon has provided me with a Refund Reference number # 30005103070307153486756 as proof of from their end.

        I have provided the screenshots of my purchase, return and refund transactions. Please help me get my refund a early as possible

        this is santosh kumar holding a saving account in bank of baroda hauz khas/sri fort new delhi branch (account no [protected]) done a wrong transection through imps in wrong account also complaint about this to online complain portal (complain no MBNK[protected] and MBNK[protected]
        got confirmation from icicibank branch manger where i did wrong transection about reversal of amount on 6th feb but i did not received the amount in my account please resolve (wrong transection id [protected] amount rs 50000 and transaction id[protected] amount rs 26000

                    There is an illegal transfer of 89000 Rs from my saving account with the involvement of customer care employee. The customer care leak information to third party and get involved in bank fraud. I have registered complain GNBG[protected] AND BCOT[protected] and GNBG[protected] but there is no sign of curiosity in resolving the issue. there are more interested in paper formalities and shifting responsibility to other. This is a hard earned money of the middle class and should not go waste just because of bank employee involvement.

                          I have transferred Rs.21000 on 29th Oct 2020 to my savings Account and that time total available balance was Rs.23286.87 .But Bank bank has blocked Rs.20820 as lien amount and marked as loan liability.
                          But there are no dues from my side for loans. I was really shocked with this.
                          There is no communication on this.
                          I am requesting you to get my amount credited back in my bank Account. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                              One of the hopeless behavior from the BoB manager Mr. Manjunath([protected]) of Mahalingapur-587312 branch which was earlier called as Vijaya bank.

                              SB account number [protected]

                              I am holding the 30lakh existing housing loan with this branch, which I got in the year 2017 beginning. Now for some additional work, I wanted 10lakh further top up loan on the existing, I was even eligible based on the repayment history and the net salary I get.

                              Earlier manager suggested few documents like ITR, payslips and house related documents.
                              In between there was a change in the manager, he suggested me for re-valuation and legal opinion. He gave contact details of Lawyer and Engineer, I have paid 3000INR per each to get these documents.
                              By the time I got these documents, it became 2 weeks and manager started asking new payslip. Again I handed over the new document.
                              Very next week, he started asking FORM16B, I gave. later he started asking UTAAR and CTS utaar. Since it is govt docs, again I had to pay some money to agents and get them.
                              By this time, again I got new pay slip, manager asked new slip.

                              You can imagine the torture and irritation, I have gone through. In spite of having a loan of 30lakh in same unit and getting additional loan was getting problem. There was a commission expected from this guy, and this is what indirectly he was defining.

                              Another day, he asked me to mort gauze certificate & he said that's the last phase. Since I had some commitments, I requested for the loan disbursement, when I visited personally to bank. He started asking for some nonsense document(new one), and I said I don't have, he said we will not deliver the loan, I have the audio & video of this pathetic personality. His attitude was like, no one can touch him since he is in nationalized bank. If you really care for the end customer and genuine bank, lets take some serious action & show you are exceptional.

                              If you want the real images of the bank & the conversation I had, I can share once the investigation begin.

                              Overall conclusion is:
                              1) Bank Manager doesn't know the processes, every time he was asking me for new docs, could be due to some additional personal benefit he was expecting.
                              2) No sense of talking to customer, imagine the educated customers are having so much of frustration against this guy and think about the farmers & poor chaps, they will be treated like beggers. Farmers stand outside and cleaned shirt people directly get inside.
                              3) I have paid the 6000INR for the valuation and legal opinion, which bank supposed to pay, these guy claiming for himself and customers are paying this amount. Why the customer should pay, I need the reimbursement of my amount.
                              4) Serious action to be taken against the manager, so that you show you are not like other nationalized banks and you penalize the wrong people. Let me wait and see your actions.
                              5) Loss I incurred due to this manager is huge, and need that loss to be incurred.

                              I will be going to raise a complaint against bank and bank manager in consumer court site, and RBI OMBUDSMAN site as well at the earliest with the details.

                                On dated 31/10/2020, I made online transaction to pay my October month PLI premium through my Dena/bob bank debit card. As transaction interrupted due to internet issue, money deducted from my bank account but it shows premium not paid to PLI.

                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest at your end.

                                  This was on 27th oct 2020, As i have been in a payment portal and was about to complete my payment through my debit card .I got an OTP and i have entered it ... while i pressed the submit button {to make payment} the screen suddenly showed up that session has expired and it guided me to make payment again. I have started making payment again because there was no message of money deduction in my account as if there was no transaction was done .. The message of the deduction of amount was came at 11:41 am but the transaction was done at 11:25 am which is clearly 16 minutes after the payment declined and this made me to pay double the amount for a single message delay and how come my money was debited when it showed me to make payment again.
                                  I have visited the bank to talk about this but instead of taking my complaint offline and trying to solve it they told me to make an online complaint in their bank's website which is

                                  NO matter how many times i've tried to make complaint it just refreshes and shows the same page ... there was no complaint submitted message or any complaint tracker on the site it just keeps me fill the details and enter captha everytime . but of no use

                                    My senior citizen mother had opened 2 FDs with Pune, Sanghvi branch around 6 years back. Now we have shifted out of Maharashtra and want to close FD accounts for need of money.

                                    Irony is that, my mother is asked to travel all the way to Pune and submit the request in this current COVID-19 situation.

                                    It says online closure is not allowed. Kindly help out here for sake of Digital India campaign?

                                    Liquidated deposit money can be transferred to her BoB savings account please?

                                      Lien amount has been held up with the bank without any notice. During this pandemic time i am asked to visit my branch which is 600 kms away for this issue stating that it is an incorrect transaction. It was the right transaction thereoff. There is no proper response from customer support either. Please kindly do the needful.

                                        My name is Wadood Hasan and I had ordered mobile phone Poco X2 of Rs. 16484/- on Amazon on purchase date 8 Sep 2020 and on 9 Sep 2020 my order got cancelled . And on 9 Sep 2020 Amazon initiated my refund to my debit card but still I didn't got my money. Amazon issued me a Refund Reference Number : 30005402540252007697224 and told me to contact to customer care but they say they don't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.
