Transaction i’d[protected]
And[protected] these are my transaction i’d the money has been refunded from amazon but it is not showing in my account. Money was refunded by amazon on 23rd feb but the amount is not received in my bank account till date i tried to contact both amazon and bank ok baroda but there is no response it is near about 20 days but my amount is not refunded yet. Why take this time to cut amount from our account but for refunding take ages what is this plsss solve my matter as soon as possible so go forward do my refund it is not fair to hold the amount for so long

My name is (Sushma) and i had ordered a product of rs. (Rs.2415) (Product name van huesen shoes) in amazon & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Refund initiation date) 26/02/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (66t0qccy0000k63wcbv8) and told me to contact bank of baroda customer care. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

Also the same issue for the product i purchased in amazon (Fargo bag is the product name) of rs.507 and refund reference number is 66t0qccy0000k63wcbv8

On 12 february I order a product which is Bata men jutti of Rs 551 which is prepaid and i make payment through Amazon pay but on 14 feb i cancl it and on same date my refund was initiated which is Rs110.20 is cashback in my amazon pay and 440.80 would be credited in my bank account but I still cannot geting my refund i also talk with Amazon and he said that he was sent a refund from our side but not credited by bank..
I talk with bank customer care and he only said we need 14 business days and also said to go to the branch of bank of baroda..
Plz do a needful.

I made a transaction of rs. 2754/- on 24th january, 2020. The merchant didn't reflect it immediately so i made another transaction to amazon for the same amount. However, amazon confirmed that they've initiated the refund on 25th january, at 10.45 p. M and the refund reference number is[protected]. Hoever, bank of baroda is refusing to show the same in my account and is constantly asking me to go back to amazon and verify. I have and the refund just now be reflecting with the bank. My bank reference number for complaint is adco[protected]

On 6th of february i did a transaction through skrill which was unsuccessful and the amount was debited from my account. Skrill assured me that they already processed the amount to my card yet have not received any money with baroda bank. The amount is rs.48, 228
Its been more than 2 weeks now and the skrill company tells me the amount is with the bank not processed until now

Rbi has imposed banks should not collect charges for neft transactions.
Maximum all banks are following.
But my bank bank of baroda was not following.
You can't able to neft transaction on website without selecting date.
Bank of baroda is converting neft transactions to schedule neft transactions by default.
This is big scam... By bank of bank of baroda
