I was transferring funds to my BOB account from my axis account through IMPS. By mistake i put the wrong last digit account number of my BOB account and its now transferred to another BOB beneficiary. I have already raised complaint in axis bank (I've attached the letter of complaint) I want to know what should i do so that my money is put on hold in the BOB beneficiary's account so they cant used the money until the matter is resolved and i get reversal of my IMPS.

    We are requesting you to install an atm machine in our area.
    There are 4 villages combined with our village like ankhi, vavli, jafarpura, bojadra.
    There are 6to7 companies in our area like schott glass, schott glass, banco india pvt ltd, reactive polymers, btw atlanta texas transformers, visva ceramic ltd, silicon fertilizer ltd, rubamin ltd, ica pedilite.
    All employe's salary come to the bank account,
    & we don't have any atm machine nearly 5 to 7 kilometres around our area.
    So please we are requesting you for installation of new atm machine in our village area.

    I have opened ana account on 15th july, bank representatives said that the passbook and chaque book will be in your hand within 7 -8 days but after 15 days there is no and passbook and chaquebook and after concerned at bank they told that it take 10-12 days more . i have an urgent need of these thing . plz help me.

          I am so ashamed to speak of you that's your branch niwaru road jhotwara jaipur (Rajasthan-302012) is behavior very shameful. Sir today morning 10.15 am i have transfer a cheque in my saving/current account (Same bank account) but yet time not transfer in my account (Sir this matter is more time with me). Your branch staff is behavior also shameful. My phone is not pickup and face to face response is also not properly any time.
          So i request to you, i want to close my and my family all saving/current accounts. So please suggest me account closure procedure.
          Because your branch staff tell me please close your account and go to private bank. Your bank branch behavior is very shameful.

            Sir i went in bank of baroda in grd college dehradun for cash withdrawal than bankers are free and in gossips when me and my brother entered in bank than mam says that bank is off and says here no works is going on because of some errors. And sir before 6 months when i was going there for cash withdrawal than we was filling a form flr cash withdrawal than mam sayas that what are you doing here than we says mam we need some money so we are coming here for cash withdrawal than mam sayas that time over a d bank is off and we can't do any thing and all bankers are free and busy in gossip they never do anything.
            I want to request you sir ki please do something this type of bankers and sir when i said that yoy all are never do anythings than why are u sit here than says you don't come here again.                 I want to share a news about a employee of BOB Barsana who takes commission for loan. His name is Bikki Agrawal. He does all the paper work for loan and take commission for further process. So i want you to take some action against him so that the commission on loan can stop.

                  I went to the branch of bank of baroda, gopalpura bypass, riddhi siddhi chaurah, to get the details of the loan statement but his senior officer did bad to me and i did not do any of my work, the whole staff was free, he said, who has to complain two do not matter to us, adding my hand to you is a request that they should be tried against them.

                      I am writing this letter on behalf of my mother. We have opened the above bank account on 18th july 2019 at thakur village bank of baroda branch.

                      After carrying out the formalities of opening new account, i have deposited the banker’s cheque no. 048282 dated 10.07.2019 for amount of rs. 1, 13, 487/- on 18th july 2019, which has not yet been credit to my mother’s newly opened account till 01.08.2019.

                      I have raised the complaint to the bob portal on 29.07.2019 but, the complaint was closed on 30th july informing it will get deposited on 30th july which has not yet credited.

                            Amazon has initiated my refund on 8th june 2019 and the amount should have been reflected in my bank account till 14th june 2019. But till now the amount has not been reflected in my account. I visited the bank of the same concern but it was not resolved from their end.

                              A refund has been made by amazon on 22th of july 2019 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  At 23 july 2019 my amount 300 rs. Is refunded by the amazon to my bob accout but yet refund is not credit in bob a/c. So that i want my refund credit in account earlier as soon as possible. I called to amazon service center to know what happened to my refund and by them statement amazon refund my amount to my a/c but bank not credit to my a/c and amazon service provider also send me transection refarence noumber and said me that i have to provide this noumber to bank service provider but when i said about reference noumber to bob service provider then it did not accept refarence noumber... So at whatever condition i want my money back... To my account.

                                    I have placed an order through myantra app and cancelled the items due to some reason they immediately initiated the refund amount on 16th july and 18 th july 2019, the total amount is due of 4 items is rs.3, 324.
                                    Myantra has refunded the whole amount on 16th july and 18th july but yet i haven't received the amount in my account. They have the settled the amount from their side.
                                    Here are my refund details provided by myantraas i talked to them regarding the refund.

                                      Sir my name is shyam i visit your neartest atm to withdrawl money which is 1000 rupees on friday 2:58 pm dated 27july 2019 and i received two notes of 500 rupees both seton are oil coated notes and then i go to my nearest bank of baroda branch regarding that insted of solveing my complaint thay wasted my time i talk to each and every person of them but they cannot resolve my problem according to rbi rules oil coates ontes are not acceptable but your atm will continue withdrawl these notes and i[censored] donig such job u must ensure u will change the notes but the brach i visit that is new sanganer road in jaipur they told me that u have to visit that nearst branch of atm which u withdrawl the money we all are seprate and we dont have any connections but sir this is direct cheating to customer if deleviring these type of money wwhich is not acceptable by rbi that very serios issue all the things i said these are 100% truth u can check atm cctv or bank cctv i am going to file a complint in rbi also i hope u will resolve my problem

                                      I buy the oneplus 7 mirror blue for amazon and my amount of 32, 999₹ is debited. And canceled the item which i buy but my money credited yet, the amount was 32, 999₹ .
                                      The bank of baroda reference no 185059.
                                      On 16/july/2019, I was submit a cheque of sbi bank Makarpura, vadodara branch in your bob bank bhabra, madhya Pradesh branch.

                                      On 30/july/2019, today still cheque isn't clear and amount not add in my account.

                                        I have placed an order on the 27th of june 2019 for a mobile phone.
                                        Amazon has refunded the whole amount on the 01 of july 2019.
                                        Here are my refund details provided by amazon as i talked to them regarding the refund.

                                        Refund date : 01st july 2019
                                        Transaction id:[protected],[protected]
                                        Amount – 339/- and 309/-

                                        But my bank that is bank of baroda has not credited that amount on my account.

                                        They have told that i will receive the amount in 14 working days.
                                        I have been waiting for for so long. Now i have reached the stage of anger and sadness.
                                        I need that my voice should be heard and i need a resolution for my problem as well as my money back.
                                        Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am at present in the U.S and unable to receive OTP sent to my indian mobile number. Requested Annanagar branch, Chennai to change number to my present US number in the system and reminded twice.messages not even acknowledged and no action taken. complained to RM, chennai metro with no result. I am unable use the facility.
