My name is DHAVAl Akbari. I have BOB saving A/c No:[protected] in LAL bungalow, Jamnagar, Gujarat.I did online transaction of transferring Rs 12, 800 with BOB Bank on March 26th, 2019.By mistake I transferred money to wrong account number which I did not intend to .I wanted to transfer money to Neelam Devi A/C – [protected] but by mistake i transferred it to someone by name Babita Kumari A/C [protected] in EHIYAPUR, Bihar.I gave written letter to BOB bank, LAL bunglow, Jamanagar.And they told me to wait one day. After Three days later EHIYAPUR Branch manager lock Babita Kumari account.But From Then There is no further response from Ehiyapur branch manager. Every day when I called him, he is not talking properly and cut the phone.And when i told him that please Called wrong transcation Account holder he abused me and told me that if you can bring her in branch then bring but He Would not call her. Sir please help me to solve these Issue.
