I send money from paytm through upi of bank of baroda, the transaction failed due to bank servers but money was deducted from my bank account, its been 48 hours for the transaction but still money has not refunded. It was said that bank takes about 48 hrs to refund the money but it has no been refunded, i also called the bank's customer care but they were helpless also the paytm customer care was help, please help me out and refund money as soon as possible.

    It is to state that my money got deducted while transferring it from bank account to paytm wallet on 7 april, 2019 but the money (Rs 4000) didn't get added in my paytm wallet. I talked about this to customer care and they gave me a link for the same which is supposed to be non-existing. It's been 5 days now and still the money didn't get refunded. Same happened in google pay for rs 90. Screenshots have been attached. Hoping for this problem to be solved.

      Dear sir or medam
      I m fulfil petrol in my car at relienece petrol station, pij chokadi, nadiad in the date of 26/2/2019. There is a issue in transition of 1000/-. The person of station is swipe my card 2 times therefor the bank is deduct 2000/- rps from my account by the original transition is only 1000/-, so i urged you to plz refund my money as soon as possible.

        There is a lien balance in my bank of baroda account. I can't use that money. Kindly release that amount as i don't know why they have done this. Reaching the customer service representative is also very difficult and also they don't have any proper answer.
        Kindly solve this issue as i can't use my own money. It's also very confusing as it will show a different effective balance. We have to open the mobile application or net banking to know the effective available balance.
        Why do you make this so confusing?

          Got a msg that money is deducted but the money is not added to paytm.
          My paytm balance is not increased.
          And paytm has not a given a msg about adding money..
          So plzz give me money back or
          Add that money to my paytm balance.

                    Amount of 694.46 has been debited from my account on 26th march through freecharge and was immediately refunded by them in my account. After filling a complaint with them i received a mail saying that my amount has been refunded on the same date it was debited and it is 11th april and i have not received any amount in my account. I have BOB saving A/c No:[protected] in LAL bungalow, Jamnagar, Gujarat.I did online transaction of transferring Rs 12, 800 with BOB Bank on March 26th, 2019.By mistake I transferred money to wrong account number which I did not intend to .I wanted to transfer money to Neelam Devi A/C – [protected] but by mistake i transferred it to someone by name Babita Kumari A/C [protected] in EHIYAPUR, Bihar.I gave written letter to BOB bank, LAL bunglow, Jamanagar.And they told me to wait one day. After Three days later EHIYAPUR Branch manager lock Babita Kumari account.But From Then There is no further response from Ehiyapur branch manager. Every day when I called him, he is not talking properly and cut the phone.And when i told him that please Called wrong transcation Account holder he abused me and told me that if you can bring her in branch then bring but He Would not call her. Sir please help me to solve these Issue.

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I beg to say that my refund of Rs 20020 is issued from amazon.com on 24-04-19 and as per bank of baroda it is said that the amount will shown to my bank account after 14 days but on 10-04-19 after 16 days too it is not showing in my bank account. And the bank is not providing me sufficient help regarding my problem. The screenshot of refund from amazon.com i atteched. So i request you sir kindly solve my problem.

                                      Sir ...on 24 March I m sending money to my friend ...but ...not received by him ...and that money not even in my account ... I raise dispute but then also...i don't get any call or any help for anybody ... I want my money in my account ...

                                      I complained about this to IRCTC care and they confirmed that the money is refunded from their side.
