Refund of rs. 5999/- has been made by amazon on 03th of october 2017 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected] the reference number of the refund is ref - #160401
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

    Bank of baroda — charge dispute

    A refund has been made by amazon on[protected] regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. Refund reference id # 74332749288928787276964. But
    The refund has not been received yet.
    I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
    Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My refund is initiated by Amazon on 3/10/19 and today's date is 18/10/19 but Still I don't get any credit in my bank account.

        Actually I order 2 things from amazon on 30sep 2019 but because of some issue i cancelled that order on same day. They said your refund is done from amazon. But bank coustomers told me it takes 7-15days . Its 16th day still i didnt get my money. I paid on amazon through UPI medium.please help me to get my refund as early as possible.

                I ordered a product from amazon.in

                10 october 2019

                Which cost 1, 584/- and sold by yash fashion.

                Which is going to be delivered on sunday, 3 october, but its not delivered to me and courier service guy returned package to amazon without any notification, this courier is under full paid payment method and i transferred them amount of 1584/- via my debit card.
                After my order cancellation, i received a mail from amazon about my refund including a refund reference number
                # 74332749288928783929921 dated[protected]

                But i have not received any refund yet and amazon said refunding process is done from there side and its a bank issue,

                I am just attaching my detail about debit of amount,

But refund still not received back, after contacting to bank, they assured the return after 14 working days, which had already exceeded more than specified limit.                           I Have an A/c (**************20) in your Delhi branch at shahdara. I made a
                          transaction by my debit card(***9) over Amazon .in for INR
                          42999/. Later on, I Asked for refund from the merchant site. They have
                          refunded the amount. Refund Reference # *233704*.

                          I have not received the said amount yet. I'm lodging my
                          concern with your team over online banking as well as my local bank branch but they didn't give me satisfy reply.

                          I request you to reflect my money back as soon as possible!

                              I had ordered lux cozi cotton mens boxers whixh was not received by me o delivery. For this the refund was initiated from Amazonś end on Monday 14 October which was to be refunded by Fri Oct 18 2019 and the authorisation code or RRN for the refund transaction is #1CW7MJL60000K19Z2C45
                              This RRN is a proof that the refund has been authorised by the bank but stuck in the Bank gateway itself.
                              It is not received till now. Please tell what is to be done.

                                I started a saving account in bank of baroda, shyam nagar branch, kanpur in september, 2019. I applied for visa debit card but they sent me rupay debit card. I went to bank to complain this but they did not listen. I also complained in written letter on this matter. 15 days have passed they did not take any action. I visited again in bank but they didn't give me any proper answer and also not providing me passbook.

                                I, Gurdip Singh Gulati, used my Debit card no. 527253xxxxxx6623 at the East of Kailash Branch, New Delhi. to with draw Rs. 10000.00 but the machine replied TIME OUT on 2 occassions and I didnot receive any money but my saving account was debited twice.

                                Kindly reverse these two enteries and credit my saving account with Rs. 20000.00

                                    Refund of rs. 499/- has been made by amazon on 09th of august 2017 regarding a product (Order number is[protected].
                                    The transaction id no. Is [protected]
                                    But, the refund has not been received yet.
                                    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responses is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                                    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                    Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My self Ravindra singh and I have a bank of Baroda account holder .I oder a shoes but shoes is not better so I replaced the shoes but not refund in my account.I call customer care of amazon, they gave me a Refund Reference # 1CVZGSVH0000K19YP9AS.
                                    So please solved my problem.

                                      I am saminder singh, i was supposed to get a refund from amazon of rs 399 which they hd initiated on 3 oct 2019, but still now its not reflected in my account and even the bank is taking no responsibility of refund and saying me to go to main branch which is in chandigarh and i m staying in indore doing my job here.

                                      Plz solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of oct. 2019 regarding a jio recharge which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
