My name is Venu Babu, And my Contact NO [protected], I have given/linked my Bank Of Baroda account number [protected] for the Direct Benefit Tranfer to Aadhar, currently I do not use my BOB account, So I want to change my account from BOB to and another bank that have my account in State Bank Of India Acc No.[protected], At Date of 01.06.2019 i am visited My Kotak Branch And i am requested to for make NPCI mappinng ... The bank has made my request and the Aadhar Seeding request and they are Accepted my request And they were updated CBS At 09.06.2019, but I will not be able to find SBI the site is showing on the linking status of BOB..., today i am visited my kotak bank, and i am asked about npci mapping Status for my account...they will saying ' We are updated your account already NPCI Mapping for DBT...' And they will Give the REQ ID 1-[protected]...So..please Change my DBT ac from BOB to SBI.

    Hi,
    I have bought a product from Nyka due to some issue i have returned those. They said refund has been initiated since 21st may but money is not reflected in my account.i tried follow up with nykaa everyday. Even i send them the bank statement of whole month. There is not showing any transactions from nykaa's end but they already initiated the refund money. They told me that the issue is not with them its bank issue so i have contacted bank several times they just ignore the thing. If it is the issue with bank tjen you need to resolve it other than i will close the account with bob.
    I visited to bank for claim chargeback but they denied It is evey users rights to claim charge back. But dont know why they are misbehaving.
    Any short of condition i need my money. I can not loose my money.it is bank fault. So you need to look into this posivitely.

      This is to inform you that your staff name Sushma Patil working in bank of Baroda Malad Kandivali Lind road branch.whenever I have some work regarding deposit or cheque deposit or if I have any queries regarding the banking she never attend properly and instead she always talked rudely not only with me but with many customers.if I say her to be polite and kind in words she blames on the person who tries to correct her.she takes her gender advantage of being female and we are sorry to say that such type of person who is working in your organisation who is spoiling your name and I hope you will look at this compalint and you will take necessary actions against her.

        On 10 th June around midnight i was a victim of identity theft . The information from bank statement are attached below for your reference . The information from the statement appears the 14000 Rs has been debited from my SB accounts which dose not relate to the transaction that i have made on 10 th june night and it is a pure case of identity theft through Paytm A/c which was linked to my SB Account and from the bank I have neither receive any sms alert nor and accounts update report. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and do the needful at the earliest

          Hi, I Kusum Devi is a regular customer of your bank. I was submitted my KYC many time to your bank whenever they required. I was regularly received my transaction alert SMS on my registered mobile. Then suddenly then told me that my mobile no is not registered with my saving account. How could it possible? they had done some mistake & blamed me that my my mobile no is not registered with my saving account. I got my new ATM card with chip but when I go to atm for changing ATM pin then I know about this issue. Now I am in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) & my Account is with Mughalsarai(UP) Branch. Recently I have to go Mughalsarai(UP) Branch to just receive my new ATM Card. That Time I submit a application to update my Current Address of Jamshedpur for communication But they don't update it also. How can they so irresponsible about customer service. Why should I suffer for their mistakes? Presently I am not able to go Mughalsarai(UP) Branch to solve this issue due to my medical treatment & I need money for treatment urgently. Bank of Baroda Jamshedpur Branch also did not help me about this. Please contact me on my registered no [protected]/[protected].

            On 20th may, I contacted my base branch to update my phone number that is linked to my bank of Baroda account and I received a message stating that it will be updated in after two days. It's three weeks now and it hasn't been updated.

                Because the nearest branch from my residence is ramnagar branch and i have gone there to submit my deposit but the employees are saying that to submit the deposit in the same branch where the account is.
                Sir please do some regarding this issue because there is no any rule that to deposit in the same branch where the account is. If this is so... What the benifit of different no. Of branches.

                      I made a transaction through NEFT from BOB Mconnect+ app on 24/05/2019 but due to some technical issue in NEFT the transaction got failed and amount debited from my account but beneficiary did not get the credit. It's been 20 days I did not hear any working progress over this issue and my 1 Lac Rs are stuck at BOB. I visited Home branch and lodged a complaint again it but I did not receive any satisfactory reply from them.

                      I have already contacted the support team and lodged complaint but it's been 21 days now and there is no sign of resolution to such critical issue. And the worst part is they closed the complaint by saying to contact the base branch.

                              I deposited cash under 50000 in to my on the date 02.04.19. Bank levied 30 rs. charges on the date 10.06.19. Though it is officially declered on bank's website that charges may apply only on amount deposited rs. 50000 and above. And at that time on duty manager clearly told me that there will be not apply any charges on this transaction. Please try ur best and fine the bank within the limitation of law.

                                    Refund of rs. 1984.00/- has been made by amazon on 10th of May 2019 10:04 AM (IST) And Rs. 1959.00 on Amazon on Sunday 12th May 2019 7:49 PM(IST) regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                                    "the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]. FOR BOTH SAME

                                    But, the refund has not been received yet.
                                    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                                    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                      Refund of Rs. 892.8/- has been made by Amazon on 21st of May 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) of the transaction is[protected]. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So I need to file a"charge dispute" on them to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna take some legal action.
                                      Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
