[Resolved] Online Recharge Of Vodafone — refund of undone transaction | |||
Dear sir/madam I use Vodafone services on my mobile. I frequently use my debit card to make online recharges. Today 06/02/2013 at 01:45 pm i was trying to perform a online recharge of rs 300 on mobile no [protected]. The transaction was incomplete, but in spite of that rs 300 was deducted from my account.. 1. I immediately called up Vodafone services for the same. They confirmed no transaction was made or any kind of recharge was done. 2. I confirmed the mobile number..( to rule out error on my side). 3. I called up my local Bank of Maharashtra help desk and they forwarded a contact no and an email id [protected]@billdesk.com.
