I have purchased "wonder chef casserole signature set" from best deal tv channel. We firstly gpt a defective product and after some calls their team agreed f0r replacment and shipment is made by ourself because they had no service of reverse shipment and they promised us to pay the full amount for the shipping process done by us but till now we didn't got our refund (we got got the product). Order no.808434
They asked us to send an attacthment of shipment receipt we sent it too.

The best deal TV has failed miserably in delivering the product ordered online. The amount paid vide order ID 1387662 is not yet refunded after repeated reminder. I am afraid, how many innocent online buyers are being cheated by this company like me.

I want my money refunded with interest... . I hope this platform will help me to recover it.

I had ordered Serina Royal South Art silk collection from online shopping channel best deal tv. I received the damage piece. I had registered complaint to customer care[protected] of best deal tv and ask for replacement. I have called no.of time and got reply that I will receive new headphones within 15 working days and email them on [protected]@bestdealtv.in as suggested by customer care executive.
No body is answering, there is no much scope to speak senior management as only limited contact no.is provided by company.I m still waiting for replacement. Every day I trying to call above customer care no.

Hi, I have ordered "Best in Style 6-in-1 Hot Hair brush by Neha Dhupia" (Order ID 1386327) online through bestdeal Tv website on 25/11/2016. I have paid online full amount INR 1399/-. Now it will be almost 2 Month, but product is not received and no money back also. I would like to take serious action against channel owners for such Fraud. Customer care number not responding not able to reach any Seniors.

Hii, I have ordered slim shape jeans in Nov 16 though doing online payment and it's been more than 2 month I haven't received the product.initally they keep my phone on hold for hours and hours but now numbers are not in service neither this TV is showing on tatasky. Sheri .. i had ordered 3 slim shape jeanz but there was some problem with the size so i did returned it and was expecting the order will be returned in excel size its been now almost 4 months i keep on calling the person on phone says i will get my order in a week or somedays

Whenever i call them and ask for refund they extend 15 days and guarantee to repay...nd later when i call them aftr 15 days them again give some useless excuse and again extend 15-20 days... It had been about 5-6 months nd i had yet not got my refund... I mailed them many times bt they never respond to it... I m highly disappointed with BEST DEAL TV... Please mark my words as personal reqst and help ______!!

I ordered a product through Best Deal TV website on 10th Dec 2016, and haven't received the product till date. I have tried calling multiple times, after waiting for hours no one answers. I have written multiple emails but no response at all. I am starting to think if this is a fake company and I have lost my money. The website doesn't work, call center doesn't respond and they even stopped airing the Best Deal TV channel on TV. If this complaint is going to someone relevant, request for help. I purchased twist headphone which was broken and not functioning. my order No.1331130. it is not working from left ear side and this package is fully wet inside when i got. Please change it as soon as possible. i talked many times but they did nothing. they said this product was no going return but i need new product. watch was very bad condition not working & rusting on it.

16 led bulbs were purchased from the company on 25th april, 2016. However, few of the bulbs were faulty, and so, we had applied for a replacement of the product and it was duly informed to them on 5th may, 2016. After failed attempts to get status updates regarding the replacement, the customer care of the said company, stopped responding, by either not picking up the phone call to them, or just left in between of phone calls.
The replacement happened, with yet again some faulty products, on 4th july, 2016. We returned the product again, demanding a refund and the courier charges for the 2 times, the product was returned.
Despite informing them via emails, we only got automated responses.
We got a sms on 15th november, 2016 that we will be getting the refund but to no avail.
The customer care has stopped responding to our emails and calls

I had placed an oder with no. [protected] for a home steamer on 8th dec and paid rs. 1299 through bank transfer. Delivery period shown was 8 days but its almost 25 days now and i have not yet received my product. The status on bestdeal tv website is showing as pending. I tried calling their customer care numbers several times but my calls were not answered. I gave request for cancelling my order twice but nothing has happened. I wrote many emails to them but got no reply. It seems they are least bothered about customers and just want to extract money by fooling the customers. Its the worst service i have experienced ever.

Inspite of repeated reminders, Order No 1386584 DT 25/11/16 is not received yet.
The given Phone nos.are not attended at all.I had sent emails and registered complaint, but no response.It seems that there is no system to handle the complaints.Now, it's more than a months period had been lapsed!!
I had also requested to cancel the order, so far it's not attended.
Immediate action is required.

We had received 12 LED Bulbs from GATI Ltd (courier) vide their Docket No[protected] on[protected]. We have returned same 12 LED Bulb to Delhivery Enabling Ecommerce (Formerly known as SSN Logistic Private Ltd), Plot No-4775/2 (Behind Savitri Niwas) Near Kalyani Press, BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar-14 vide their particulars captioned in subject. It is more than two months past Best -Deal is sleeping over it. The company's phone is non responsive and we have already lost a thousand on it because it is not a toll-free Number.

Yesterday we have visited the District Consumer cell, Khorda, and today we have traced out the Courier services who have completed the delivery as-well Pickup.

Can we get the justice of appreciation of our money and troubles and sufferings we have been going through ?

I have many times called and sent approx Rs.600/-calling charge but they are hold my calls. They are always tolled for refund or delivery but not any thing with me.
