his is with reference to your email dated 26 October 2016 registered with grievance application number:[protected], pertaining to your Bharti AXA life Elite Advantage Plan (UIN: 130N060V01) and the subsequent telephonic conversation you had with our representative on 29 October 2016 with regards to the above mentioned Policy.

We wish to inform you that we have done necessary due diligence at our end, and have not found any discrepancies at the time of Policies issuance. We shall be glad to re-look into the matter if you can provide us with the documentary evidence if any, supporting the issues raised by you.

We also wish to inform you that the Company neither encourages such alleged discrepancies nor has any intention to issue any Insurance contract based on incorrect information/documents and hence the Company as its internal policy always sends the policy bond along with all the supporting documents to all its policyholder, for confirmation by the policyholder.

In line with the above, a copy of the proposal form along with the policy document was delivered to your registered address on 30 August 2016 through Speed post vide AWB No EA[protected]IN.

We wish to draw your attention to Insurance Regulatory Development Authority (Protection of Policyholder’s Interest) Regulations, 2002 wherein the Policy holder has an option to cancel the Policy within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Policy bond, if he/she is not satisfied with the terms and conditions of the Policy.
