Sir, My jio phone pre booking has been done on my jio number [protected] but since i had lost connection on that number and even not able to replace the sim from jio store, i feel that i had lost my rs 500\- as pre booking charge. Hope you understand my problem and help me either by refunding or by changing the number of pre booking to [protected]. Since, i need to get the otp for purchasing my jio mobile.
