I have ordered Kent kettle Model no cool touch electric glass kettle. Which was delivered with damage. Very next movement I have raised a return back request despite of continuous calls with big basket customer care for atleast 10 calls in two days. They every time by saying no operation team responding, no supplier team responding and many reason but the issue was not got resolved. I request all consumers to avoid ordering something from big basket who never provide a customer service after a product sale. And also I looking forword to take this complaint on priority and provide me a resolution asap. Was this information helpful? |
