Bigbasket — Urgent complaint - contaminated and damaged grocery delivery ,refund requested

I am filing this complaint against BigBasket for poor service and unfair treatment. My order was delivered in an extremely unhygienic condition. The package and products were covered with mud, black sludge, leakage, and blood-like stains, making them unsafe for consumption. Additionally, some products from the order were missing.
When I contacted BigBasket customer support, the executive arranged a conference call with the delivery partner. During the call, it was revealed that the order had not been handed over to me directly and was instead delivered to another person. The executive acknowledged that this was a mistake on BigBasket's part and admitted that the company was at fault.
Despite accepting responsibility for the issue, BigBasket neither provided my refund nor resolved the complaint. Instead, my account was deactivated, causing further inconvenience and preventing me from accessing services and complaint records.
I have photographs and evidence of the damaged products and communication records. I request immediate restoration of my rights as a consumer, a full refund for the affected order, and appropriate action against this unfair and negligent conduct.it was ordered on 20th june 2026 and i raised a complaint in big basket customer support but they only provided the ticket number and nothing else and they are not looking into this matter the ticket number is[protected] and i am unable to see my order id and all because they had deactivated my acoount i returned the products also which are damaged and they took the product although the account was deactivated and after that they are telling me that no the refund amount cannot be provided to you as it was deactivated and they are not replying and not doing anything...i want the full refund of my products which are missing from the packet and the products which i returned i want the complete refund ...it is causing so much trouble and mental illness
