Bigbasket — Order cancelled and refund not given

I have ordered today for some grocery item amounting to Rs. 541 for which I have done online payment. My order ID was BBN-[protected][protected] at 6:03 PM. My order got cancelled from their end without my consent and now refund is not given to me. I want my money refund at the earliest.
