[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — Account Deactivation

I have different account for different family members, which is allowed as per bigbasket website terms and conditions. They had deactivated saying multiple accounts and similar order patterns as the reasons. They aren't refunding my wallet balance in those three accounts either.
