[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — Amount deducted but payment failed

Address: Atlantis co-op housing society, flat no. D-4, 424/1, P.Mazumder road, Haltu

I made an online payment of ₹602, the first transaction failed so I tried again. This time the amount was debited from my account but the status changed to pay on delivery and show payment failed. The amount hasn't been refunded yet.
