    Account Deactivated Without Refunding Wallet Balance

    Hi Team,
    My BigBasket account is deactivated based on dispute arise from my last purchase from "bigbasket daily(BB Daily)". without any prior communication from BigBaskset team. This shows how professionally they deal with consumers.

    They have already deactivated my BB Daily account for the same. Both BB daily and BigBasket accounts are different and needs separate signup or registration as a consumer.

        I placed an order on 02.12.2020 on MobiKwik and did payment of Rs.1694.51 through MobiKwik American Express card and amount has been debited from my MobiKwik wallet but that transaction got failed.

        I have to do payment of Rs.1694.51 second time (this time through MobiKwik wallet) which transaction id is d443b[protected]ae2. This second Transaction has been taken place on 02.12.2020 at 07:10PM.

        Now 13 days have been over but BigBasket did not refund my money back.

            BB Big basket (Popular) brand supplied sugar on 21st October 2020.On opening slight bluish particles inside the pack & sugar taste was too sour had to spit immediately.Informed in writing to BB customer complaint through BB app & as well as separate e -mail to customer complaint gave my phone number also. No follow up phone call received . Only one mail received, Ticket No. [protected](given) & asking again to elaborate & again forwarded the complaint, but no response. Again interacted through app customer care in text message & was informed that complaint will be forwarded.
            I informed initially that I am not looking for replacement but to alert BB to re check that lot and stop supplying to other customers but no response. I understand their customer complaint is eye wash they know that very few customers will go to court as customers will avoid court botheration and they take advantage of that.

            Bigbasket services are worst, no consumer support and feedback.Writing complaints do not have any impact on them.My complaint of sugar with sour taste and bluish color no action to stop that batch supply to others even with adulterated Looking sugar no action.Other supply of Soozi was also takes different form after adding water and spreads in water but I did not complaint and threw the soozi.How long Bigbasket will supply poor products, now time has come State/ central government concerned department must inspect their works and take samples for testing.I have not received single call from them for action taken till date.

              Really sick on the service been rendered by your guys who deliver here as kindly train them and please dont send attitude guys to deliver. This will go for a topic on blog and consumer forum.

              As per my order been placed, your person came and given a call at 6:00am today to deliver the stuff. Yesterday i have clearly informed the security to collect the stuff as if coming at morning time. I have experienced today that the person came with goods and have taken back the essential material been ordered and cancelled it.
              17 items been cancelled itseems and showing that operational constraint which is of a value of Rs 2789. If that is the case why do you guys accept the order and take money in that case. Its been clearly notified by our security guard that the person who came to deliver has ignored and taken it back and cancelled itseems. Now when you guys cancel the order it will go to our BB wallet which i feel a big time business opportunity you guys are creating and working out. Big value orders you take the money and cancel it which comes to your account and from there we need to order. A day interest you guys can have. This is really not acceptable which i need a clear cut answer on this. In this case we are going to take a serious action on this kind of response which is purposely done. I need a reply on this based on that i will be filing towards the regulatory as well seeing this kind of action.

                  I added 5000 rs gv in my bb wallet which i purchase from amazon @5% discount i buy that gv for rs 4750 after i add in my wallet after sometime they cancel my order and close my account saying you purchase in bulk when i contact them to get my money back they denied and did not return my money i say plz activate my account for 2 days i used my money and after they again close my account or simply refund me that amount in my bank but they say we cannot refund you your money and i say them you cannot take my money if you do i complaint in consumer forum they say do what ever you want we can not refund so plz take some legal action and help me to get my money back i have bill for purchase that gv and my account also have a transaction showing the purchase of gv on coustomer care i talk to prashanti aisha and pankaj floor supervisor of bigbasket i mailed 5 times but didnot get any revert i only need my money back and i accept my mistake that i purchase in bulk but for my neighbour and family and friend we cannot resell that products and if you want you can check with delivery boy i didnot have any shop i always at my home and accept delivery myself

                      Paying bigbasket is a Big Problem. This is the 4th Instance I ma facing this issue, everytime my Blood Pressure increasing

                      1- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using PayTM Wallet
                      2- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using Credit Card
                      3- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using PayTM Wallet
                      4- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using Credit Card

                      Nothing of this worked. Spent 1 Hr Already...Totally frustrated...Called Customer Service...Poor guys have no clue about these technical things...Whole Technical team should be sacked ...It's alredy 1 month this issue persists and still no resolution...PATHETIC

                        What is the action towards my complaint which is stlll not resolved since 10 days has passed. So I would put my complaint in Consumer forum today to get resolvent thru them only. And you need to be replanted for the incident which has happened and negligence done by BB towards his distribution team behavior. On the above your people are telling to close down the service, was it my mistake to take service from BB have i gone mad to know that this kind of worst service in life do i get from.

                          My request number is [protected] with bbdaily chat support. This is regarding Amul Taaza milk subscription on my registered mobile [protected]. I did not received the order since I recharged my bbdaily account with Rs 1800 on Apr 11, 2020 due to service unavailability after the pandemic. My flat was locked and there is no one to receive the order.

                          My account balance was 2300 after recharge which got deducted on daily basis, in spite of the fact that the flat is locked and no one is available to receive the order. Today when I checked, my account balance is shown as 718.

                          Please refer the attached screenshot captured from bbdaily portal for your reference. Please take action to initiate the refund process of 2300 to my source account from where I transferred to bbdaily wallet, without any further delay and on priority.

The site has redirected to the payment gateway using the ICICI portal, where the payment was successful with proper authentication with OTP for the transaction amount of 2502 Indian rupees.

                                I have called Big Basket multiple times and they are not till free calls.
                                I have told them over the last 6 months to change their image of the Hide and Seek Biscuitsbiscuit as the image shows them to be having extra choco chips while they are just normal ones without extra chocochip.
                                All the customers buying it are getting fooled or being mislead, I would have to say intentionally as the extra choco chips is a better quality one.
                                I have given feedback and rating which they have not published because it is a lower rating and points the above and will prevent other customers from buying it.

                                Go to your site check for hide and seek, take a pack of hide and seek and hopefully you are not blind, check whether you are selling the same biscuit with EXTRA CHOCO CHIPS as shown in the image

                                If you take into account all the hide and seek biscuits you have sold to all the customers, I wonder what would be the penalty levied by the consumer court.

                                Image 1 is what you are claiming to sell and Image 2 is what you are delivering.

                                I have ordered on multiple occasions you have even not approved the 2 STAR review comment, very unethical.

                                  I have ordered 40 products amounting to rupees 2997. Based on that they have added two items free as gift.
                                  1. Fresho Signature butter cookies - cardamom, crunchy worth rupees 160 and
                                  2. Lindberg assorted chocolates 36 pcs thin worth rupees 799
                                  Now they are saying that those two items are out of stock and can't be delivered. I want a refund. They have it on their terms and conditions that "if a free item is not delivered, the amount will be refunded on my bb wallet". So either give me those two products else refund me that amount asap.

                                    I have ordered oil tin of end cost rs. 1859 in which I have applied promo code AMEX300C.
                                    Big basket wont able to deliver product as per order and than as per their customer care executive, item was not available in stock. So they have suggested to cancel order but I was not agreed. After that some senior executive mr. Shekh called ne assured me that I will be able to redem that AMEX300C code again for next order and cancelled that order. After that I have tried atleast 15 times to order same item but every time payment gets failed by shiwing that "Invalid offer for selected payment type". I have called three times to customer care but till date no any prompt actions has been taken by bigbasket. Today also bigbasket customer care executive assured me to call back at 19:00 but i have not received any call till submission of this complaint.
