Payment fails again & again

Paying bigbasket is a Big Problem. This is the 4th Instance I ma facing this issue, everytime my Blood Pressure increasing

Non delivery of milk and decrease in wallet amount

My request number is [protected] with bbdaily chat support. This is regarding Amul Taaza milk subscription on my registered mobile [protected]. I did not received the order since I recharged my bbdaily account with Rs 1800 on Apr 11, 2020 due to service unavailability after the pandemic. On 31st Oct 2020, I placed an online order for some of the grocery items with Bigbasket company via the app. I made payment using internet banking using the option to pay via online payment mode. The site has redirected to the payment gateway using the ICICI portal, where the payment was successful with proper authentication with OTP for the transaction amount of 2502 Indian rupees.

They have blocked my account

They have cancelled my order and blocked my account without any reason
It's not only me, they have done of several others
First they make customer to buy their membership and then they will block your account
Please take appropriate decision against them...

Showing wrong product image

I have called Big Basket multiple times and they are not till free calls.
I have told them over the last 6 months to change their image of the Hide and Seek Biscuitsbiscuit as the image shows them to be having extra choco chips while they are just normal ones without extra chocochip.
All the customers buying it are getting fooled or being mislead, I would have to say intentionally as the extra choco chips is a better quality...

Regarding poor delivery service and not able to apply for promo code after cancellation of order by bigbasket customer care executive

Fraudulent practices

Everytime I order their products, they purposefully leave out 2-3 items, so we can reorder again and meet their minimum order value of Rs. 600 for free delivery.

This ensures that customers order more items and increase their overall revenue. These guys used to be a good delivery service back when they launched, now they have turned 360 degrees and have begun to involve in such fraudulent malpractices....

Fake or bad quality eggs

Ordered eggs of 30 piece tray. Found out totally unusual characteristics of eggs.
1. Egg yolk immediately gets disaolved with white part without beating.
2. No smell of egg after breaking it.

Billing issue

The bill handed over to me by Big basket was only 1946.32 but I was charged 1988. Moreover, they have further debited another 41 rs citing variable pricing for vegetable weights. Almost all vegetables are charged 10% extra on this premise. Overall they have charged me 2029 for items worth only 1946 according to their own bill....
