Bigbasket.com — order cancelled and account suspended

Today was a bad day with big basket. I am regular customer. But today my orders were cancelled without any prior notice.
Material was ordered well in advance and i had to donate goods to mandir langar. Due to order cancellation i had to rush to market in evening and arrange for material.
Very unprofessional big basket.
Not expected. I was a regular customer and today the relation ends. Bye bye big basket. You lost a good customer.
My account has also been suspended.
