I see peculiar behaviour with the eggs delii to me, i got doubt when the egg peeled off and inner layer was seen. When i shake the egg i can hear sound. Which is unusual and when i break the egg the yellow yoke mixes with white part without mixing/whisking. I doubt it's fake eggs.

    I am facing issues since i joined the bb daily. They gave fake promises and every time change their rules. Frustrated with their services.. Sharing few issues.
    1. Initial they told you will get free milk samples for 12 days regularly but from 7th days it was being charged. When i connected customer care they told balance will be delivered from next month. So i have paused the delivery till next month but again milk was delivered for 2 days and amount charged. I followed up with customer care that i have done paused then why milk was delivered and charged but no satisfactory answer.
    2. Next month again it was started with milk delivery and charges then again i told why balance samples are not being delivered then told it will be delivered after one month of last free sample delivered. Then basis frustrated service, i decided to use my balance amount from this account and left some amount to deliver free sample. When i connected for free sample then told you don't have minimum balance to deliver; i told for free sample why minimum amount required. So nothing done from their side. I have charged my account with some amount then next day again milk was delivered and amount charged. When i connected with customer care. They tried to give unjustifiable reasons and told we will arranged call to resolve the issues but waited for few days but no response.. Whenever connected they told will give call in 15 min but that 15 min didn't came.
    In last got message that you have done paused so your free sample were expired.
    So much time wasted on these but no resolution.
    3. Sometimes when i given order, not delivered

    Don't suggest anyone to join bb daily. Very frustrating experience.

      They sent me a rotten, foul smelling vegetable. How can you believe that its a miss from their quality assurance team. Please take necessary action. This is happening very frequently in our area. Earlier, they sent me a rotten cauliflower, apples too. Every time i cant accept their apologies. What are the senior officials doing.

        When i was registering in bbdaily, i spoke to one of your representative and got a coupon code to get free milk for 24 days. Initially for 8-10 days i got the milk for free. But now its charging 22 rupees as per every delivery.
        If that was the case why would i apply that coupon. I dont want milk which cost me 22 rs each. I would not have used that coupon. I have lost almost 600 rs because of this coupon. I need my money back. The money got deducted from 18/09 till date. I am cancelling the subscription for now. But i need the full refund. Your representative should have informed me that it would cost me money after certain number of deliveries. He said that i will be getting full 24 deliveries for free. That is why i have applied the coupon.

          Bigbasket is not able to deliver the groceries/vegetables ordered on time. I ordered my monthly groceries on 1st of october, for a delivery to happen on 2nd october between 7 pm to 10 pm. The delivery executive called me around 9.40 pm in the night and said it will take another half hour. I asked them to deliver the next day (3rd oct) in the first slot between 7 am -10 am. They messaged me that it will be delivered on 3rd oct between 7 pm-10 pm. It was not delivered on time. The delivery executive called me around 10.10 pm and asked if they can deliver in another 20 mins. I told them, the apartment securities will not allow external vendors after 10 pm. Again, it has been rescheduled today between 7 pm -1o pm. Pathetic service. They do not have any courtesy to call and inform about the delay and the reason they say is there is only one small van allocated to your area mam,,, and hence the delay. Ridiculous answer. Irresponsible people. Bunch of #. This is my last order with bb.

            Hi there,

            I have ordered on whey protein from big baskets app and have done card on delivery option, when i received the product box was not sealed from inside and looks fake because as per on website it has not matched to criteria so i have asked for replacement. They haven't given replacement and also cancelled my other order without informing this happened 4 times. When i asked for refund they given me refund in wallet as amount in rs. 6000 so i asked to refund in my bank account. They are like card on delivery doesn't refund in bank account. Then after convincing them they said, they will give me cash. This is 2nd day no information on this. Every time i asking to customer care chat people they are sending me auto generated message and closing the chat window. Is it good to take fool people on fake product then putting his money in their wallet what if i don't want to shop anymore. For them it may be small amount but for me it's big one. They just have taken my money and manipulated with their term n condition which is unknown to customer.

            Thanks for sharing but how it has been resolved. I have not received any communications regarding it from big basket people? My money is still stuck in wallet..i mean its big basket's wish to mark as resolved without contacting customer??

              I ordered through bigbasket on 30th september. Order number - #mino[protected]. Delivery slot was 1 oct 4-7pm. I couldn’t take delivery at the time slot so i postponed it to 2 oct 7am-10am.
              They changed it to 7pm-10pm and charged me 3x the order amount. Now i won’t be able to take the order in the 7pm-10pm slot and they say they’ll cancel the order wihout refund. Order was already paid for. Poor customer service and unprofessional customer service executives.

                Today was a bad day with big basket. I am regular customer. But today my orders were cancelled without any prior notice.
                Material was ordered well in advance and i had to donate goods to mandir langar. Due to order cancellation i had to rush to market in evening and arrange for material.
                Very unprofessional big basket.
                Not expected. I was a regular customer and today the relation ends. Bye bye big basket. You lost a...

                Deficiency in service and delay in delivery of possession.
                I didn't expect such unprofessional behavior from Big Basket. The product which I have ordered is 5 kg of onion and I only received 1 kg.
                Secondly the customer service is very poor, nobody response even from customer care chat or call, I'm waiting from yesterday. I have all the chats which are not answered till now.

                It is requested to return my money or deliver my rest of the product as soon as possible.

                  It has happened multiple times that while delivering the products damage was done to floor and wall of house, even after notifying the delivery executive that the process he was attempting may create a damage.

                  Previously walls were damaged many times, we never complained, this time floor was damaged badly and there is no response from bigbasket at all.

                  This issue is still in progress...bigbasket is assisting but the problem still exists, no solution provided yet.

                  Can't be marked as resolvee.
                  Order # MHO[protected].i have raised this complain to customer care, local supervisor Mr bharadwaj came n inspected the damage, while he agreed it's a big damage done but no response from them.

                  It's a damage done to expensive wooden floor and we got some rubbish alternative saying carpenter will do polish.

                  We are expecting a proper solution to this issue.please expedite the process

                      Dear customers no one should buy any products from bigbasket, they are sending us bad quality products of vegetables and used products to us.
                      If i log a complaint they will just refund only for few items,
                      This is happening on every order, they are third class company and we are just fools to accept those dirty products from bigbaskets.
                      I would recommend to use amazon or grofers.

                      And social media team are useless, not to fit for the job.
                      I will not recommend to anyone if you guys still prefer to use bigbasket products then you are taking risk for your health.

                      Every products i have shared images to bigbasket and this is not my first time experience.
                      We should start raising our voice so they will shut down their company.

                        I m aruna, this is to bring to your notice that bigbasket just deducted money from my wallet without informing or updating me.

                        They say it’s an outstanding of jan 2017 for which they waited for 2 years for me to come back on bb.

                        My ac is clear in their site, i had made cod in 2017. No delivery boy goes without taking money. They cannot provide proof also.

                        There was no communication or email or somebody coming with the bill for the payment it was pending then how come after 2 years they realise this.

                        Bb needs to provide a proof for the same pay a penalty for harassing a customer like this.

                        All their executives have been responding with the same argument without solving the problem.

                        It’s not a matter of 1565 but it’s a matter of putting unnecessary allegation on a customer that too for payment which i have done and on top of it after 2 year they have this realisation.

I congratulating for your delivery in time. I ordered onions 10 kgs, fortune oil 6 ltrs and honey 1 kg. My family found in that the onions are not good as shown in your pic in your sale page. It is not good for you and the customers.

                          Once customers disappoint with you, it is very difficult to you.

                              Amol suryakant sawane age 26 mob [protected] joined on 3rd june 2019 worked for 2 months and still he's not recieved his salary to his account when we check we found tha t company made a salary to another persons account, and when we know the default made from the company side still they ignoring our issue and still not paying his salary . please help me to credit his salary asap, its already 2 months gone and they're saying that more 15 days taken to solve your issue, such a bad company who is not listen his employees problem.

                                My order was not delivered yesterday as given slots, despite of multiple follow ups not recieved any response from bb team nor update.
                                Now morning i see the delivery got canceled yesterday's and rescheduled the slots today at 1900 to 2230 hrs.
                                Which was not intimate to me nor accord any confirmation from me to fixed the rescheduled slots. I am sure how they confident that customer is available to receive the delivery.
                                We chose online shopping to get shopping at home for our living comfortable and save times, not to get stressed or waste time by following up with bb.
                                Also multiple complaints has been raised by me, but without resolving i see only close status of those. If consumers is not bothering to resolve customer complaints then why the platform open here.

                                  I got vegetables from bigbasket with worms and fully infested with mould & fungus.

                                  I had ordered cauliflower / chillies / coriander / etc.

                                  I placed the items when they arrived inside my vegetable compartment later realising that there was a weird smell coming from inside. Opening it i saw worms inside the cauliflower bag and upon opening the drawer fully saw two worms on the floor of the basket. I had to throw away all my vegetables due to bigbasket sending me inferior and bad quality goods.in fact opening the cauliflower packet we found several worms inside and all the rest of the items were fungus infested.

                                  I am shocked that such a big brand is selling such quality products.

                                    I had purchased products under the promo of flat 47% off on the 13 august 2019. My order no.[protected] was delivered on the 15 th of august, but 4 items were missing. On contacting the customer care no., i was told that the items are in the delivery van and will be delivered in 45 minutes. But on checking after an hour, i found the items had been marked as returned by customer. But the same customer care executive called me back and told me that she can place an order for the undelivered items even though the promo wasn’t there. She assured me that i will have to pay cod, and the difference in price will be refunded to me. I agreed and the order was delivered today, 16 august. Now when i contact customer service, they tell me that i cannot club the flat 47% off with bank offers and that’s why i cannot get the refund. I had no choice but to cancel the most recent order and suffer for no fault of mine.

                                    I have ordered fruits and broccoli from big basket. The quality of product which you have delivered was worst. Lost of insects are there in pomegranate due to which I have throw it away. In broccoli it was not fresh.

                                    Could you please tell me what to do now.
                                    For the previous order of 2000 above we were supposed to receive payment voucher. Which we have not received yet.

                                      Products are not delivered to me multiple times and was marked as delivered. I have raised multiple complaints for non delivery of products and the customer care always come with fake promises.

                                      They are cheating the customer with fraudulent activity.

                                      Today i have red handed caught the deliver people who do not have the product available in the store and they have marked as delivered to my address.

                                      Even post i informed the customer care they told me your product has been delivered and when i told them i have the delivery person with me and he do not have the required product available.

                                      This is just the live example..

                                      They have made me mentally harassed. I would need the compensation for the same as this lead to me take the medicine to control the mental harassment.

                                      I would need the consumer court to look into the same..
