substandard quality of vegetable sold!!

no response from escalation team

Bigbasket site gives an e-mail address

[protected]@bigbasket.com for feedback but my mail bounced back.

My order was cancelled by bb multiple times and i received several emails and calls for the same order, causing me lot of inconvenience and waste of time. Further they delivered poor quality vegetables on three items. The same order was delivered a second time next day which of course i sent back.

discrepancy in printed price of the product and charged price

I ordered couple of products from Bigbasket on July 27th, 2019.
I coincidentally checked the printed price on the product (that was cardamom 20 g). The printed price was Rs 70. However, the charged price to me was Rs 105. I usually never match the price of the products. I don't know how many times such discrepancies would have happened. This is a case of fraud.

I approached Bigbasket for justification of this discrepancy....

money not yet credited for failed transactions

The delivery executive swiped the debit card twice saying the transaction failed both times and i had to pay cash finally. But money was debited both times from my account and still not credited back after 5 days.
