hi I am writing this complain again the online shopping site bigsop.com.It looks like they are luring the customers with cheap prices and cheating them with poor quality products.It looks like they are faking braded items and selling them at cheap prices. I am one of the unfortunate customer who was lured and cheated . I ordered a Rayban green aviator glass with them which was in offer. While talking customer care and enquiring about the genuine of product, they said they have direct tie up with vendors and there is no middle man. Hence they are able to sell @ this cheap rate. I placed the order via order no. 101368.They sent me a broken ray ban glass in an unprofessional package. I returned back based on the customer care executing advice paying for the courier charge. They again sent me a replacement which was rusted and looked to be used .It did not match wish the spec shown on their site. Again I returned it back. this happened almost 3 months' have trying to call customer care for past 1.5 - 2 months now. No response .I have sent lot of emails to them. No response yet. One day luckily I saw an email from them stating they have the correct product and they are shipping it.I am yet to receive ti .It is almost 2 weeks now waiting for the product to be delivered. Today when I call them to check they say product not available so order something else. They are not prepared to return the money back. The say you order something else. Why should I order something else ? These people cheat consumers projecting cheap prices, They must me taught a lesson and published so that no other site is cheating consumers. My humble request is that, appropriate action has to be taken on this site and probable ban has to laid on them and cancellation of their license. I ordered just for 1099. I am not complaining to get money back but to punish the attitude of the such people and such site. With hope I am writing this email .
