I have placed an order on 10th Oct. 2014 for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000wi, but still date I do not get the same. My Order No is 91838095 & My mobile No. is [protected].I have tried several times to contact with customer service, But nobody give any response.Pl help me to get my items. with respect to the subjected order no i have not yet received any update. I tried to contact customer care but it is always giving engaged tone and if call goes on i am getting only music for more than 5 minutes and keep on going. No one is answering only incurring the charges. let us know whether i can get the material or i have to loose my money.

I have been informed that I was a winner and was asked to choose any Phone out of a choice of Samsung Tab, Samsung4 or Appleiphone.I paid through NET Banking Rs.499/ and chose Samsung4.However after i got a mail that the phone will be delivered nothing happened its more than 10 days.Nothing is delivered nor any communication would like my money back if the pnone is not delivered. ON 3RD OCT. 2014 WHILE I WAS WORKING ON MY PC A WINDOW APPEARED SAYING THAT I HAVE WON AN Apple Iphone-5s(white) AND ASKING ME TO PAY RS.599/-. SUBSEQUENTLY, ON 11TH OCT. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BIGSOP SAYING THAT MY CONSIGNMENT WILL BE DELIVERED ONLY IF I BUY A TAB WORTH RS.3999/-. AND THEY ALSO PROMISED THAT THE IPHONE WILL BE DELIVERED ALONGWITH THE TAB SHORTLY. ON 15TH I RECEIVED ONLY THE TAB AND A FREE WATCH (OF VERY POOR QUALITY). WHEN I SENT AN EMAIL TO THEM, I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE DISPATCHED THE SHIPMENT THROUGH ECOM EXPRESS COURIER[protected]. THESE PEOPLE ARE FOOLING PEOPLE AND THEIR GAME SHOULD BE PUT TO AN END. I WANT MY MONEY OR THE IPHONE THAT I HAVE WON.

I had selected an apple iphone for 599 rs, as a lucky winner for some visitor survey done on the site..I went for it.The amount of rs 599 was deducted from my bank account0n 10.10.[protected]@12.06AM but i didn't get any bill/receipt for the same. till the date i didn't get any notification about my order from the bigsop company and i don't have order number to track the details. I am unhappy and i feel as if i m cheated by your company.i want u to look in to the complaint and either sent me the product or return back my money

It's no 1 in deceiving. Recently it has trapped and deceived many people by showcasing iPhone 6 is just for Rs.599 without mentioning any condition in the advertisement. If someone has made the payment bye chance then after the completion of payment process they will come to know that they are trapped and it is a big fraud because once the amount is deducted from your account it shows that the amount you paid(Rs.599/-) is converted into credit points which makes us mandatory to buy in the same worthless site.

Dear Bigsop, I am not happy with the Services you are providing to your Customer. First of all the Quizzes you are being forced to Customer to play is not at all transparent with its TC. The Term and condition is not clearly written on the Contest Page. Also after winning the Contest and paying the Wining amount money, you are not providing the Wining prize to the customer. Also you Customer care representive negotiating on the Prize money. They are forcing me to take a Tablet worth Rs 8000 and Watch against the Wining Prize I Phone 5.. This is not the Way Business run. Neither Customer respective nor their supervisors are corporative to customer. You are totally playing with the Customer Emotions and Sentiments. There are so many loop holes in your Market Strategy and Business Policies. You cannot run your Business with these types of loop holes.. HI, There was a notification Online while accessing content about the Iphone 5 for 599 i made an online payment but company is showing no track order and nothing for the same also directly the money payed was converted into credit points. I want you take strict actions against these company as they are destroying indian e commerce section. Furthermore No support from customer support of bigsop, they just denied and put numbers in reject list automatically. I want my refund of 599 rs, please help and restrict business of this company immediately.

VKSuath on Jul 11, 2014 I was lured into paying Rs.299/- for an Apple I phone 5s with a promise that I have won . Now I understand that it was a draw if I am lucky I will get the one otherwise 299 points for any further purchase. I dont want to do any further purchase. I want my money back . Bigsop is a fraud company ... the modus operandi is to lure customer take online order and collect money... They do not provide any product... Unethical business .. in fact total fraud company ... they do not provide any product just collect money from the customer by developing a fake online shopping portal... I was asked to pay Rs. 599 online for a smart-phone which they have not delivered (Order no.[protected] .. in fact they are not into online shopping business... they just want people to pay money so that they can cheat... Can cyber fraud team make sure that such companies are not registered on the... Could you please help me in getting the refund from Bigsop ?
