There was an online offer from Bigsop.com, whose website got connected to my browser accidentally. They asked me to participate in an online contest and asked 3 simple questions. When answered them correctly, they threw me with an offer of iPhone 5 against the payment of just Rs.599/-, which was duly paid by me through debit card on 2nd May 2014. I was promised to deliver the product within 4-5 days, but it never reached me. The customer care team sent me an email regarding the order conformation but till now i didnt received the product, kindly resolve my problem as early as possible as i am unable to track my order . order number is 91205439 and my shipping address is room no.102 diploma hostel ACC Colony gulbarga(dist) karnataka pin 585225 kindly do the needful and a revert mail is really appreciated Regards, Sri Lakshmi

When answered them correctly, they threw me with an offer of iPhone 5 against the payment of just Rs.599/-, which was duly paid by me thru credit card on 17 May 2014. I was promised to deliver the product within 4-5 days, but it never reached me. The customer care team sent me an email stating that they would contact me in 24 hrs. No call received for the next 72 hrs. When I tried to call over their land line number, no one picked up my call! Searched online for the victims of Bigsop.com and found myself that there are many such poor fellows! I filed a complaint with our credit card issuer to hold the payment. I may not get my money back, for my foolish mistake, however, is it possible to restrain the online fraudster, Bigsop.com, to stop looting the public further?

I had ordered a leggings and Samsung galaxy duos but I had got only the leggings i had ordered it on 8th may 2014 it had said to be 5-6 days you will get the products.my address is myleson s/o vincent, goundar street, chinnagoundanur, sankari[west], salem, tamilnadu, india.

I ORDERED A SUNGLASS FROM BIGSOP.COM ON 12TH MAY 2014. I PAID RS 699/- ( 599/-+ DELIVERY CHARGE 100/-) BY SBI NET BANKING. AT THE PRODUCT DISPLAY PAGE THEY MENTIONED THAT PRODUCT WILL DELIVERED IN 5-6 DAYS. I MAILED THEM 3-4 TIME AND THEY REPLIED ONCE AND SAID 'We are extremely sorry for the delay in your Shipment, this is your shipment F[protected] through firstflight ' ON 16TH MAY 2014. Surprisingly this number is showing as invalid when I tried to track my order on firstflight website. Now they are not responding my mails. what I have to do now?

I ordered a product on may 3rd and got confirmation that they will deliver in 4-5 working days, but still the product is not reached. I asked them about the status but no response from their side. I have participated in Bigsop contest and invested 799 Rs. In that i have been given Points to purchase Bigsop products.


I have been told that you can purchase the product with your points which should higher than points or equavalnt.


But when i tried to purchae, system takes only 25% of points rest of that i have to put from my pocket.


This is absulately cheating . Pls revert me on mai with resolution so i can purchase the product.

Hi, I have purchased one samsung galaxy from bigsop.com by online shopping (service order no.[protected]. There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working days. I should have the products I have purchased. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. Moreover there is no option on their website for tracking the order. The contact number available on the site is also fake.
I have used their website for the first time and it seems that it is a bogus site only meant for fraudulence. Please help me to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from bigsop.com, well i had odered for aviators and what i got was wafarers when i called them up no one picks up the phone and when i email them the product the tell me to send to their main office, besides all this i got my order very late and am extremely upset with this site i would really like some action to be taken - Aryaman

Hi, this is Nimreiso Mangkung. I haven't receive any information regarding my Samsung Galaxy S4 which I have paid the amount after contest. Today is the fifth day from the day of my contest. Even if I call the customer service number no one is there to pick my call. But in your website it's written that the items will be deliver within 3 to 5 working days. Is there any one sitting in the customer service office? Because if we don't receive any alerts or calls from the company then we doubt. And this is not my first time to place an order through online. I go shopping online to many companies, and immediately the company use to call me back to confirm the order number and inform us about the date and time of delivery. But today in Bigsop I myself call the company and even then the company did not pick the calls. What's going on?

There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working dates. I should have the products I have owned. I have sent them a query in written on 13.03.2014, from their site, where I have mentioned to let me know the status of the order. I got the below reply on 14.03.2014from [protected]@bigsop.com, to my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com. and the mail has been Dear Sir, Thanks for writing to us. we have gone throught problem, our costumer care execute will get back to you within 24 hrs, you can also call to us on [protected]. Bigsop costumer care happy to help you regards. And I am shopping with them first time. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed.
