I have been told that you can purchase the product with your points which should higher than points or equavalnt.


But when i tried to purchae, system takes only 25% of points rest of that i have to put from my pocket.

Hi, I have purchased one samsung galaxy from bigsop.com by online shopping (service order no.[protected]. There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working days. I should have the products I have purchased. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. Moreover there is no option on their website for tracking the order. The contact number available on the site is also fake....
