BIGSOP website they offer very low prize on mobiles and acceseories they get payment after that they tell us i[censored] win the contest u will get the product or else u will be credited with points after with was not able to claimed
They are making fraud with all users and not able to claim any thing same way happens to purchase in this website also purchase order number in bigsop 91610957 for this they never replied any thing their customer care never attensd the call

it seems fraud. i am a victim too..

On 1 oct 2014 i had purchased LCD TV and apple airmacbook sum of Rs.1, 61, 990/= . They told me your order will be dispatch with in one week in your given address. i was make the payment through credit card. After waiting of one week i had called on customer care no. they told me there are no order placed by you what can i do?

I have participated in a survey, and i thought that i had recieved a
iPhone for participating in the survey. Later on i realized that is a
lucky draw cum Bigsop contest and paid 599 for That!!! In that i have
been given Points to purchase Bigsop products. But i dont want to
purchase any product, and want my cash back for my amount i can't access
my login account and when i choose to forgot password there no email or
massage sent by company and also they customer care are not receiving
any phone call on which no. given by them. So, please help me for the

On 9th August I was browsing Google chrome, suddenly a popup
appeared regarding a survey once I finished the survey I got a message that I
had own Samsung Galaxy phone and I have to pay 799 only, the movement I clicked
OK it took me to bigsop.com portal once the payment was done they mentioned If
you won the contest the Product will be delivered to the registered address.

If it was a contest and not a survey (where I got message of
winning) bellow fields must be clear:

in the starting it should not appear that I have own, it
should appear that its a contest

for a contest how can you ask for a payment?

how many of contesters have own till date? please share
their details.

how many of contesters are satisfy with this contest?

why the money + interest should not be returned to the contester?

Huge compensation should be given to the victims

Bigsop must be sealed immediately

i ordered a samsung note 3 for rs 499 through bigsop.com but havent received my order still now.the customer care service is also not responding to any of my emails, compalints or even my phone calls.i want my order or else my money back.

Disgusting! these people call up as say they will compensate as the would provide same amount good! But now they deny!!! Best part ask them they say "Aap kahi bhi jao aapko kuch nehi milega"!!!

I had put an contest and they took Rs 799 from my bank a/c and they told that they will keep them in bigsop credits and they told that with that you can buy any item but we cannot buy

bigsop is a bloody fake site.its trying to cheate customers, dont trust this one.because of this bigsop i lost 4500 rupees.bad response from customer care and irresponsibility.
