Dear sir,
On 25th august 2014 at half past midnight, I logged into my facebook page. Instead a page showing me as a winner of an Iphone 5 opened and they offered me an Iphone 5 at Rs599.Only after I paid the cash, it was mentioned that it is a quiz contest and it is not necessary that I will get the product for which I paid the cash.
Since then I have called several times on the bigsop.com customer care number but it has never been answered. I have also sent 2 emails to the bigsop.com cutomer care but no one replied.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Hello, this is kiranmayi, actually we got a call from ur side (Bigsop) regarding of apple i phone contest, in this connection ur guys are asked our postal address details through a phone call and then u sent a Watch (Heartx) model name is as " HERATX BLACK DIAL WRIST WATCH (HX/BD-02) which is printed on the courier, so that we are seen that product in online and we willing to accept that particular product because this watch having the black dial and very trendy look, and paid of Rs: 699/- for this product and taken, but in side of this courier that product was changed, and changed watch having a white colour with a plain dial so we don't like this model, hence we request to u to return this watch and send (HX/BD-02) model watch to this following address: G.Bala Srinivas, D.No:[protected], saraswathi nagar, Nellore - 524002, and ref.no: 91594052, Tracking no: F991L0659998. this is to inform to bigsop.com that i had purchased 599 credit points on contest of winning apple iphone 5 but i hadn't received any message yet of prize winning and customer care no s are wrong at all ...so please refund my money otherwise i'll go in consumer court...

No matter what I clicked on the Internet, the promotional page of bigsop.com kept popping up. Finally after getting fed and tired of this I went visited the page. It projected a good deal after filling up a contest that was on Chrome. Thinking that it is may an company run review survey i went ahead and completed it. The page asked me to make a payment of 599 INR to qualify for a price i.e Iphone 5. However, with in few minutes of doing so i got a call from bigsop.com asking me to swipe for another 11999INR to finish the process for qualifying for the prize. When i refused the person told me that 599 will be refunded to me as bigsop.com points and i can use to buy and product from their site which will also have free shipping and home delivery. However, after selecting the item and being unsuccessful at using my points to place the order i called by the customer service. The person who attended the call first of all very ill mannered and spoke wrongly along will informing that i cant use my points in one go. To use my points i have to pay extra several time. I want to report this as Internet shopping fraud. I also want the bigsop.com portal to refund my money as i dont trust the site to make any kind of payment further.

I have paid Rs.799 to the portal regarding purchase of Mobile phone, but the same was transferred by the online portal M/s. BIgsop company, into bigsop credit points, being 1 point equal to 1 rupee. Out of 799 points, 400 points have been redeemed against purchase of speaker; however balance 399 points are not redeemed against any further attempt of purchase by me. I have tried to call up customer care department but no body is attending the phone and they are not replying to my Email also. Dear sir/ma'am, They (BIGSOP) sold me a watch, I paid Rs. 800 for that. The next day I found that watch was defected(slow). Now I am trying to register my complaint but there is no response from their side. I tried both the contact numbers given by them for customer care. Sometimes they are busy at another call but in my case they do not pick my call though phone is ringing. After that I text them a message but still do not get any reply from them. It seems a fraud.
