I have been cheated for declaring the winner of Samsung Mobile. I was told that I have to pay only 899/- at the time of delivery of Wrist Watch and I need not pay anything to get Samsung Mobile. After receiving the delivery of the wrist watch by paying Rs. 899/- on 21st September 2014, I call to customer care No. and talked to one of the representative, he told you will get the Moible after emerging the winners from the lucky draw that will be held on 2nd October> PLease registered my compaint to recover the monetary loss.

i had participated in an online contest, named ‘great offer’, which was carried on by an online-shopping website, called bigsop.com. they were offering a smart-phone, named samsung galaxy s4 in just rupees 799, whose original cost is rupees 41, 500. i had made the payment then only. i paid online from my savings account (state bank of india). this purchase dates back to 15th sepember 2014. they promise in their refund & return policy that:- “user of the contest will get 100% cash back as a bigsop points. 1 bigsop point = rs.1 user can buy any products on bigsop.com using bigsop points.” when i am logging into this site from my account, the bigsop points are shown but i am unable to redeem them & cannot proceed for further shopping. Pls help me.

Hi I'm **********, yesterday when I was browsing with mozilla suddenly a screen flashed saying that "you have won Prize" then I gone through it and a tab opened showing that I have won an samsung galaxy note4 and cost was Rs.499.when i clicked on the name samsung galaxy note4, it redirected me to a tab where they made me fill up all my details like my address, contact info and i had to pay 499 amount to claim my prize. i thought the procedure ended here. but few minutes later i gor 4 to 5 e-mail saying that "thankyou for placing your order on Bigsop.com and they had given a long list of some products like men's black shoes, some 2-3 leather belts etc. which they said i had ordered from their stupid site.and the total amount they said it was 4253Rs. i warn them here...if any of those unordered products happen to come on my door step...i am going to sue them...! i have informed police about this thing...and., I am not going to pay any money for their self made/assumed Order...4253Rs is not a small amount. i have attached the photo of that fraud email that i have gotten from Bigsop.com which doesn't even mention the order number, or the mode of payment nothing.just a baseless order and for that they think i am going to pay the money.no way i am not...!

Am Savitha paticipated in Bigsop lucky draw contest to win Samsung galaxy s5 and i paid 899 rs on 14th september 2014 on the next day i got cal from u r company side they asked to pay 9999 rs but am a student not having that much of amount i thought once 899 rs is paid no other amount would be pay pay again i my name got selected but what happened is so different ...

I know the value of money i am not ready to loss my money because its my pocket money...I don't want any o[censored]r
Free gifts just i want my money back

or
make me a way to shop for that kind of amount (899rs) in ur bigsop

So then I thought it would be a fake and I myself disconnected the page. Then after 2-3 hours a person called me saying that he is calling from Bigsop and I have won a watch for just looking into the page and I need to pay 799 INR for the same and which by paying I will be moving for the competition to win an IPhone 5S, I thought they are offering a watch why couldn't we try so then I accepted and One evening I received the watch I paid 799 INR but I didn't open it. Next morning when I opened the package the watch found broken glass and it's parts were just fell from it. I'm totally overwhelmed of it. By this I'm requesting the government to stop all these kind of websites who are fooling the people and making money from others hard work. Shame of BIGSOP

When I was opening my gmail account in my Chrome browser this site bigsop.com opened automatically instead of gmail and it said that I have been selected for the google survey and I could select any of the 3 phones for Rs.799. I thought that this site is legitimate as it opened instead of gmail.com. It asked me 3 simple questions which I answered for the survey and then it showed Samsung S4 for Rs.799 only. The site never mentioned that it is a contest and it mentioned that I have won. After making the payment of Rs.799 I realised that it is a contest and there is no way to get your money refunded. There customer care numbers are fake and no one replies to there email. Please beware of this site as all this is a scam. You can't even redeem your points of 799 which proves all this is fake. I was a victim of this site but I hope necessary action will be taken against them and justice will be done. My order number is 91689489.

My name is Laxman Anumalla on 17th Aug 2014 I had recd the screen of bigsop site saying buy Samsung S5 for Rs.1199. I applied than i recd a call saying you had been selected for best 15 people for further playing you have to pay Rs.9999. for getting in to the contest. i asked the call centre executive several times that if i not win than does my money get into my account. he replied yes it will get into your account. later after few days continue follow up it was came to know that i had not in the winner list. than i asked about my money to be returned. they are replying it was transfer to your bigsop account as reward points now i have to buy any product from their site. i came to know i had been cheated regularly complaining to their office to Mr. Anil & Ankita Tiwari they had agreed to transfer the amount later refused. then i said okay i will buy camera now they saying you will get only 25% of rewards points at a time. you have to bear 75% again in cash to avail that product. than how many times i have to buy for getting my money back.is there anybody who can help me in this to get my cash back. i am ready to buy Sony cybershot Dsc-wx300 for Rs. 20390, but i am asking to reduce my reward points from it totally ie. 11198 rest amount i will pay. but they are not listening to it.

Cheating mny as lucky draw winner. Then saying to purchase any goods. I found all the items, were expired and double the rate than the MRP. All the money loosers, should complaint to Mr. Narendra Modis sight to get these online fraud people should get caught. Act fast.

Hi, i am gurdit singh from patial a, punjab, mobile no [protected]. my complain is that theire was a win offer of samsung galaxy s4 in rs799/-, i paying the amojnt online.my order no. is 91659545. but this oder no is fake. i am not worid about my money becose it is a small amount but it is a froud company.they do same with any other in big amount so, i requst u to put a big step agenst them .

Hi, this is janmejoy sahu from orissa, mobile no [protected]. my complain is that theire was a win offer of samsung galaxy s4 against rs799/-, which ist i have logout by not paying the amojnt online, then just next day mornig i have recieved a tele call informing me that, you have won the prize and along with samsung s4 u will be issued with a wrist watch free with that gift and you need to pay the amount while you recieve the consignement on your delivery address by 12 th oct 14, but within 2 days theire was a call from first flght courier of the same and i have recieved the consignment and paid the amount to them but i found only watch in that consignment not the mobile as said. thus i request to return the amount and get back your watch and dont do any harashment further . regards, J.Sahu..

I placed order for one Apple Iphone-5 under order no.91601600 dt.21.8.2014. Payment of Rs.599/- also made through my debit card. I received a call from mobile no.[protected] informing that I will get the phone within a week. But even after the lapse of 12 days I have not received the ordered material. If I will not get the material within another 3 days I take up the matter with Consumer court. expecting the consignment, s.senthil

dear sir, earlier my complaint i have all ready mention that what happean to my order no.91591329 . if i am not winner then pl. refund my amt. Rs.599, other wise send me same amt any other iteam. sir, i recd. phone call from [protected] no. morning 07.42 hrs and he told me that he cant refund 600 rs. direct to my account as this amout very less. so he asking my debit card no., other all details like date of exp. card backside no. ets. i opposed to tell such my personal thing. he told me he can refund my money through this way only. nobody can disclosed their personal matters to unknown people. Pl. look in to this mater and check properly as in ur name he is cheating ur valuable customer. beause he is aware of that i have complaint previous day about my order. shailesh joshi
