Billdesk — axis bank credit card paymnet done on 9.2.2018 ref no. lcnb[protected] for rs. 6613.41

Axis bank credit card [protected] payment done on 9.2.2018 ref no. Lcnb[protected]-billdsk for rs. 6613.41 is not yet reflecting in my credit card statement.
Today i have received a message from axis bank credit card section saying that my due amount of rs. 6613.41 is overdue.

Please confirm the payment which is already debit to my canara bank sb account[protected] on 9.2.2018

I have made two payment
1. Axis Bank card
2. Standard chartered online banking
Both got failed with billdesk .
I have submitted dispute form with Axis team so what else do I need to do.
The transaction was for BOMFEES.

I made a bill payment to BESCOm through Billdesk the amount of Rs 529.17 got deducted from my bank account but did not get the payment acknowledgement, website got disconnected and neither the bill payment is reflected in BESCOM nor the amount is refunded in to my Bank account.

Hello sir my name is anjali actually today i filled the form of ptet and atlast they showed that transaction was failed though the transaction was successful, i got msg from bank as well.! I didn’t got my token number too.!
As the date of form is about to end.!
