Billdesk — bill desk bpc transaction not successful

Recently for LIC advance premium for health policy i am making payment through internet banking with help of bill desk BPC, after payment confirmation from ICICI bank during redirecting that page i lost my internet connection later bill desk is saying transaction not successful but amount was debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited into the LIC Policy .Request you to please advise to reimburse same amount in my bank account
