Billdesk — made a google pay transaction successful but bill was not paid.

Hey,
I have attached a snapshop of transactions made for connect broadband through google pay upi on [protected]@icici. Amout of rs. 577 was debited from my bank account but it did not reflect on the recipient's database and bill was not paid.
Kindly initiate a refund as i have made a 2nd payment with for the bill.
Please give a solution as soon as possible.
