[Resolved] Billdesk Payment Gateway — CTET EXAMINATION FEES | |||
sir, I have done a transaction for payment in ctet examination for Rs.352 through my STATE BANK OF INDIA debit ATM card on[protected] but an error message was displayed showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com" so i repeatedly do the transaction again for the same amount Rs. .the352 the transaction became UNsuccesful. But My account shows debit balance of Rs. 352 Please help me to refund back the unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs. 2697 into my A/c in bank of india please contact me through the following details please do the needful at your earliest BANK-SBI KOLKATA A/C NO-[protected] NAME-PIYALI GAYEN Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as the first time transaction got failed but my amount of Rs 600 had been deducted while paying the fees of C-TET 2016 through HDFC Payment gateway.I made the payment of Rs 600 through HDFC payment gateway from ICICI BANK on 25th DEC but the transaction was not successful then again I made the payment through syndicate bank and then the transaction was successful.So I want my refund of Rs 600 which I made through HDFC payment gateway..
So I request you to look into this matter and do the needful on urgent basis.
