Blue Dart Express — Eight days not delivered | |||||
Consignment# [protected] I am supposed to get some medicine sent by my doctor from Kolkata to Pune via Blue Dart Express. It is shipped on 29-Oct and reach Puine Hinjewadi Blue Dart Center on 2-Nov, as par the tracking site of Blue Dart. They have not delivered since 2-nov. I have called customer care updated my address and phone number (in case shipper made a mistake) even then they don't deliver. Everyday stupid customer care promis to deliver and end of day show the status they couldn't find It is a residence address and no one from Blue Dart came to deliver there. Neither they called up on the number I have shared. How come they say that they couldn't find???? Also in this period I have recieved couriers from Amazon India, Flipkart and India Speed Post.
