    Ordered speakers from boat website on 24th June and it's been 1 day and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.Its showing No order ID .

      I order this product around 2 months ago and due to lockdown it was stuck in another city and was not deliverable.One of your executive then called me and said your product has been recieved by them and handed over to the warehouse. They said they will reship .still after months I didn't receive and it is prepaid

                I Jagwinder Singh ordered headphones from companies website with order id 395579 dated. 23/05/20121 It was couried to me with xpressbees surface courier company i got a the tracking number [protected] via sms. I contacted the courier company many times but they still have the same excuse that their shipment is stuck in ambala.
                I would like to have my money refunded.
                I am writing to you because your customer care number is not reachable always.

                  Boat headset work well for few days than defect in either sides music volume and automatically gets off without any command or bution pressed manually

                    I have ordered boat bluetooth headset (Rockerz 235V2) which worked well for 1 month than they are showing defect like problem in either side of earpiece don't sound and sometimes get off automatically without any manual command, button press etc

                      Today its 25th june more than 1 month
                      I didnt received product.

                      Im very much disappointed, what that mean the product lost????

                        Yesterday(June 24th, 2021), I received a notification for my order which stated that the order is delivered. However, I didn't receive any package. I tried connecting with the courier company(ShipRocket), but they denied to entertain my request and advised me to connect with boAt.

                        Unfortunately, the customer support of boAt is terrible. I have called the support number couple of times but it gets disconnected after 20 mins.
                        I have also tried to connect with them via email but all I am getting is system-generated responses.

                        Followings are the details related to the order,

                        Please help me resolve this issue.

                              I registered a complaint about issues on my boAt headset on 13 june 2021 and my ticket no. Is 2541157 the received my product and to their facilities and tested my device and they updated that replacement will be given to you within 5 business days but there is no regarding updates form them we can't even able to connect to the customer service and it's totally a bad experience . My ticket status is still (Replaced product dispatching in 5 business days.
                              Due to lock down please expect a delay in dispatches) no updates from them as a coustomer I need to know what happened and whats their process and help me to get my device

So I claimed the warranty they picked up my product 23rd of may, when i called them few days after they said they received the in 29th may.                                       I claimed warranty on 28th may for boat wireless earphone. Tracking system of company showed that earphone had already delivered. However, I never received yet, already I complaint 2 times on your costomer care center by phone call and through mail also. Today had been around 25 days to come of complaint i registered. Company even didb't take any action of my complaint.

                                        I have registered a complaint on boat website ticket no.2409687 on 26th may my product was picked up on 27th of may and it was delivered to them on 31st may form 31st i have no update on that I have almost called them 30 times they always say your product will be dispatched by tomorrow but getting no update from their side. If you'll call them now for my ticket they will still say the same and my product is expensive its cost is Rs10000
                                        And still i have lost a month warranty of my nirvana headphones. Please help me with this.
