I had purchased new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Red) | b01mcusd3l) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with a warranty of 1year. After a month o[censored]sage during which the period to return to amazon is completed, the mic stopped working.
I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#41317] on 11th november) with the boat brand selling in india with name
(Imagine marketing private limited) located at :
131, guru gobind singh industrial estate, next to jay coach, off w. E. Highway,
Goregaon (E), mumbai - 400 063. India

    Actually befor 10 days i had file a complaint about my product boat bassheads 225.

    The company had aslo generate a pick for me.
    And i also give my product to that courier agent.
    10 days had already finished.
    Now i am got frustrated as i didn't know anything about my product.
    Maine apna product bejh wa diya hai.
    Ticket no. 9325
    Mai kaise apne product ka jaankaari lu.
    Maine apna product ka bill accessories earphone sara kch pack kr us courier agent ko de diya.
    Jiska no.[protected] hai.
    Plz anybody help.
    I had spent rs.600 on it.
    I don't want to loss it.
    Plz anybody help.
    Mujhe mera poduct lautwado.

      Boating staff shows reckless behavior towards watch on people using boat.in case of emergency you are on your own. Those people will be busy in themselves. It happened with me & my family. My boat's handle stopped working & we were about to hit the wall & we were shouting for help for 10mins (It is big time in case of serious emergency) then we receive their attention. When we reach to landing & went to lady, who sells ticket (She was also sitting near by river & chatting), and asked "you could also watch people who need help when you are free and call someone for help." she told "it's not my duty." we were shocked. When we asked her people's life doesn't matter to you? She straight away told "i don't care" and started abusing badly.

        Its been 8months i bought boat headphones, it was all good these months. Now suddenly left ear plugs are not working. As per the brand one year replacement warranty is offered. Headphones has been handle with care and no external damage,
        Pl do the needful.

          I bought bass heads 600, they had a problem in sound after some time.
          So, i contact the company via email, and asked for replacing or repairing.
          They assured me that they will be replacing them with new bass heads 900. Now its over 2 months that i had not received the headphones.

          There customer service number is all time busy.

          This is the last time I send a mail. if you not respond 24 hourse, I take.legal action, also all.my 67 frnd they use your products ask every one boycott your products right now, last warning understand
          Sir, i am bought a boat stone 600 speaker from amazon.in with 1 year manufactiting warrrenty.After few month o[censored]sges specker detect some problem.so i decided to return it.
          Its is not working properly
          I had purchased boat earphones in snapdel. After one month I have such problems in headset at left side speaker is not working.so please I request you to claim my warranty for the boat earphone.

          I had bought a boat eaphones 600rupees.
          Now 2 times I replaced the product
          Again now its not working.

            Since the purchase I am really disappointed with the product.I encounter below issue every time.

            1) It doesn't charge completely
            2) What ever is charges last only for about 10 mins of continuous use (call or music)
            3) Since yesterday, the device is not even charging. I.e with out the charger plugged, the device wont event switch on for search.

            I have raised a request with the product company as I still have 1 year warranty on the product valid.

            * Step 2. Upload a copy of your invoice (Correct Amazon invoice (Sample) : CLICK HERE)
            * Step 3. Fill in your Pick and ship address if different from registered address.

            Once we have all details with correct invoice our customer service team will initiate a pick up of your unit and you will be informed via SMS and Email
