I was having problems with my Boat bluetooth neckband 235v2. So I claimed the warranty they picked up my product 23rd of may, when i called them few days after they said they received the in 29th may. Now its been already a month still I haven't heard anything from boat. I want my product back. here is the ticket number 2380788

    I have purchased boat rockerz 255, last year . as per product warranty, has been expired, after that blue tooth head set not charging, and hitting .
    more heat .please suggest All Boat product are west or not to be purchased .that means boat products are west .
    including that state wise service center as per the website .

      I claimed warranty on 28th may for boat wireless earphone. Tracking system of company showed that earphone had already delivered. However, I never received yet, already I complaint 2 times on your costomer care center by phone call and through mail also. Today had been around 25 days to come of complaint i registered. Company even didb't take any action of my complaint.

        I have registered a complaint on boat website ticket no.2409687 on 26th may my product was picked up on 27th of may and it was delivered to them on 31st may form 31st i have no update on that I have almost called them 30 times they always say your product will be dispatched by tomorrow but getting no update from their side. If you'll call them now for my ticket they will still say the same and my product is expensive its cost is Rs10000
        And still i have lost a month warranty of my nirvana headphones. Please help me with this.

          I have a problem with my boat rockerz 255 r wireless headphones. Its currently now under warranty period. I submitted a complaint on boat support on 7th june, it says that my product will be picked up within 4 days but now its been 17 days and no response from the company I've heard..My boat support ticket Number is 2474574.

                I purchased Airdopes 131 around November 2020. Suddenly the right earbud stopped working... I tried all the methods hose were written in the user manual... Bt no...gain...kindly look after

                  I have registered a complaint about the warranty claim of my product boAt airdopes 441 pro sporty blue on 9th June, (complaint no. 2510311) on 15th June 2021 I got an update that product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's the 8th days ie. 23rd june 2021 and i still haven't received my earpones. No update given still showing the same details.

                    I have purchased Airpod in March within a month is stopped working I have compliant many times but they didn't bother after so much following they picked up my product and send me old product with repair . I have raised complaint again. They send me another old product . I have under warranty then why boat people send me old product instead of new replacement. This is really disguised behaviour. If you people can't give me replacement give me a refund .

                                      I had battery issues after a few months of average usage in my earbuds so I decided to claim warranty. I filed a complaint on their website on 17th May. The product got picked the next day and the "new" product was dispatched on 23rd of May after completion of their "testing phase".
                                      My ticket no. is : 2370198

                                      So, I waited and waited, the shipment arrived in my city and sat there for 4 days. There was no attempt made for delivery. Even in the courier's website my pincode was in green zone. After 4 days it got sent back to the seller on June 3rd.
                                      [NOTE: There is no way of contacting the DELHIVERY courier as there is no Ph.no.]

                                      I made calls every 2-3 days to Boat customer care and all they said was to wait. The last phone call I made to them was on 7th June and as usual they said the same thing. So, I decided to wait for 3 weeks and nothing has been done so far. As of 23rd of June (1 month since dispatch) the courier details on their website have been expired. I again tried to reach them out yesterday (22nd June), I was 35th in the waiting queue and just as my turn came they hung up and said "We've noted your number, we'll call back soon". No call has been made yet from their side.

                                      If anyone from boAt is reading this please help me out. I am extremely panicked. I can understand situations are difficult in this current scenario.
                                      But, I would be relieved if you can help me out ASAP. It's been 1.5 months since I gave up my earbuds and still haven't recieved the fixed one.
