I had purchased boat rockerz 255pro bluetooth wireless earphones in diwali sale. After few months I wasn't getting battery backup as mentioned by the company so I registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 2288730 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy on 23rd April 2021. I got a message on that they have received my earphones on 1st may 2021 in there service center. I tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -2288730, it shows on 8th may 2021 that replacement product was picked up by their courier partner which is going to out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement so i contacted their delivery partner which was Delivery, they said that they didn't receive the product physically, so i tried calling on their customer executive and on 12th may and after that again and again and they keep answering me same that your product will be delivered within few days and its been more than 2months I haven't received my product yet, I even shared my query on Twitter and there also they keep bluffing and i didn't get the resolution for. My query yet. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above two month.

They gave me ticket number again which was also useless as the first one. I'm adding all the necessary screenshots related to my query.

I think they are Frauding their customer by not returning any product and they think that common people cannot even touch them. I'm req to gov. Please take actions against this company.

My boat bassheads 100 earphones stopped working so i claimed a replacement product. My earphones had been picked up on 7 june and replaced product issued on 12th of june but now it has been almost 2 weeks but it's but it's not displaced yet. Courier partner Delhivery. When i track my product it shows that pick up pending. Ticket id-2482064

Whenever I called customer care they just say you will get update soon and give me one deadline but never received my worth 3500 rupees watch 🥺

I have purchased 2 earphones log boAt company one is bluetooth earphones, with model no. 255 rougher with prow and another wired earphones. I have informed respected company three times between march till date .. Bluetooth earphones having problem of charging .In that even after 2 hours of charging but do not 100 % percent charge moreover it's playback time with full charging is less then 4 hours .Once within 2- 3 hours of continuous usage it got discharge suddenly after reaching 50 %, with another earphones it is having connection problem while it's connect with the phone it produces humming disturbance sound which irritates a lot also the mike even after 2-3 times plugin and plug out of earphones creates repetition or echo .I have informed about the same through websites as well as mail . Kindly look after this cause this problem was raised within two months of purchase .Such ignorance and reckless behavior do not match with the brand of company. Seeking for positive reply at earliest..

Did received defective soundbar Boat Aavante Bar 3100D. When called customer care they are making fool just giving false commitments.

Sound Bar received Defective no replacement or refund

Don't buy the product manufactured by boAt.

Worst sound quality, in youtube and it is manupulated while comparing with Sony or big brands.

The HDMI port is not working in the Sound bar Aavante Bar 3100D.
They are selling all the defective products

One side sound not working

It has been almost 2 months they are not returning my bluetooth Wireless Neckband

I registered my complaint for boat rockerz 295v2(black) Wireless Neckband on 15th April 2021 and they got picked up on 16th April 2021,
the last update they gave was on 4May 2021 that they are dispatching the product in 5 buisness days, after that there is no update.the provided contact number on their site is also not reachable

Its Been few months I have bought airdopes 131 from flipkart, and It was working fine. Suddenly one day, I put the airdopes inside the charging case as usual and after sometime the whole charging case get very hot like it is burning inside, and I try to take the airdopes out, one of the aidopes get stuck inside the charging case in normal position, it looks like it is fixed and attached inside, but another right sides earbuds is working fine. I couldn't get that earbuds out of the case. What may be the solution? Can I claim my warranty service.? Is it possible for replacement.? I have all docs of warranty and invoices. Please respond. thanks.

I'm Abhishek Pandita from Jammu. It's been months since I contacted you about my complaint and there is no response from your side. I made a replacement of my Boats Storm watch and during the replacement my Charging wire of device was misplaced from your side I also contacted you and The customer care support ensured me that they will dispatch the wire ASAP but not only wire but also their was no info about it from your end you also told me to not raise query as we will get back to you asap.

Please look into the matter. It's been months and I have not charged my watch and it's no use to me without a charger. If you cannot deliver the watch then you can take the watch back and give me my money back.

Ordered speakers from boat website on 24th June and it's been 1 day and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.Its showing No order ID .

I order this product around 2 months ago and due to lockdown it was stuck in another city and was not deliverable.One of your executive then called me and said your product has been recieved by them and handed over to the warehouse. They said they will reship .still after months I didn't receive and it is prepaid
