I purchased Airdopes 131 around November 2020. Suddenly the right earbud stopped working... I tried all the methods hose were written in the user manual... Bt no...gain...kindly look after

I have registered a complaint about the warranty claim of my product boAt airdopes 441 pro sporty blue on 9th June, (complaint no. 2510311) on 15th June 2021 I got an update that product will be dispatched in 5 business day. It's the 8th days ie. 23rd june 2021 and i still haven't received my earpones. No update given still showing the same details.

I have purchased Airpod in March within a month is stopped working I have compliant many times but they didn't bother after so much following they picked up my product and send me old product with repair . I have raised complaint again. They send me another old product . I have under warranty then why boat people send me old product instead of new replacement. This is really disguised behaviour. If you people can't give me replacement give me a refund .

I have ordered a gift pack worth rupees 2000. I payed for the order but I Din get the order confirmation msg... Payment date 7th July. Pls check and help me with placing the order of refund so that I'll order again with boat website.

I had ordered boat rockerz earphones mentioned above 26 july 2020 and now it is not working, the same was ordered online and it was showing 1 year warranty on the product.

I want immediate replacement of the product as i have paid a whopping amount for the same.

My name Ajesh T T I send my damaged headset april 24, afer one month jun 11 delivery date, they did not contact me and the item will re turned to jun17 hoskote...what can i do the item will come back to my address.

I have sent my product for servicing or replacement on 5th may and it has been nearly two months still no update about it so tell me where my product is and when will i get it back.

I had battery issues after a few months of average usage in my earbuds so I decided to claim warranty. I filed a complaint on their website on 17th May. The product got picked the next day and the "new" product was dispatched on 23rd of May after completion of their "testing phase".
My ticket no. is : 2370198

So, I waited and waited, the shipment arrived in my city and sat there for 4 days. There was no attempt made for delivery. Even in the courier's website my pincode was in green zone. After 4 days it got sent back to the seller on June 3rd.
[NOTE: There is no way of contacting the DELHIVERY courier as there is no Ph.no.]

I made calls every 2-3 days to Boat customer care and all they said was to wait. The last phone call I made to them was on 7th June and as usual they said the same thing. So, I decided to wait for 3 weeks and nothing has been done so far. As of 23rd of June (1 month since dispatch) the courier details on their website have been expired. I again tried to reach them out yesterday (22nd June), I was 35th in the waiting queue and just as my turn came they hung up and said "We've noted your number, we'll call back soon". No call has been made yet from their side.

If anyone from boAt is reading this please help me out. I am extremely panicked. I can understand situations are difficult in this current scenario.
But, I would be relieved if you can help me out ASAP. It's been 1.5 months since I gave up my earbuds and still haven't recieved the fixed one.

I have bought boat Bluetooth air drops 402 through Flipkart.After using sometime I found some defects so I registered complain through Complain no 2373317.My product picked for replacement but even after one month I am waiting.

I have bought one boAt BassHeads 172 Wired Headset through flipkart on 12th August 2020 which has 1 year warranty. Earphones are in condition wires are also perfect there is no cuts or anything like that. I cant hear voice it stopped working.
So I wish to repair it under the warranty.
I hope I'll get response from you guys as early as possible. Thank you.

But after that there is no response from your side not even got reply of various mails.

I brought Airdopes 441 wireless buds on 17/10/2020 through amazon whose invoice no is IN-BOM[protected] is not working well now. that sound from both the buds get disconnected frequently.
earlier it was working well but from last 1 week I am facing that problem. please rectify.

I have submitted my boat airdopes for replacement on 25th may 2021 Ticket number is 2406942. Service Centre executive told me that I will get my product in 18-20 days. It's been 25 days and when I tried to check my ticket status it is not getting updated. waybill number [protected].

If a person is spending a decent amount on expensive earphones he should get a service (even if charged one) for at last 4/5 years. boAt is not providing any service after 1 year, which leads to a new purchase creating a lot of electronic trash. This is harmful for the environment.
I bought boAt bluetooht earphone in February 2020. within 1 1/2 years one side of the same is not working.
I am ready to pay for the repair but service...
