My order didn't delivered till date and it show in tracking RTO delivered . When it will delivered to me no refund option available such a reputed company like boat doing scams like this is unacceptable please refund or send the product as soon as possible

            I had battery issues after a few months of average usage in my earbuds so I decided to claim warranty. I filed a complaint on their website on 17th May. The product got picked the next day and the "new" product was dispatched on 23rd of May after completion of their "testing phase".
            My ticket no. is : 2370198

            So, I waited and waited, the shipment arrived in my city and sat there for 4 days. There was no attempt made for delivery. Even in the courier's website my pincode was in green zone. After 4 days it got sent back to the seller on June 3rd.
            [NOTE: There is no way of contacting the DELHIVERY courier as there is no Ph.no.]

            I made calls every 2-3 days to Boat customer care and all they said was to wait. The last phone call I made to them was on 7th June and as usual they said the same thing. So, I decided to wait for 3 weeks and nothing has been done so far. As of 23rd of June (1 month since dispatch) the courier details on their website have been expired. I again tried to reach them out yesterday (22nd June), I was 35th in the waiting queue and just as my turn came they hung up and said "We've noted your number, we'll call back soon". No call has been made yet from their side.

            If anyone from boAt is reading this please help me out. I am extremely panicked. I can understand situations are difficult in this current scenario.
            But, I would be relieved if you can help me out ASAP. It's been 1.5 months since I gave up my earbuds and still haven't recieved the fixed one.

              I have bought boat Bluetooth air drops 402 through Flipkart.After using sometime I found some defects so I registered complain through Complain no 2373317.My product picked for replacement but even after one month I am waiting.

                I have bought one boAt BassHeads 172 Wired Headset through flipkart on 12th August 2020 which has 1 year warranty. Earphones are in condition wires are also perfect there is no cuts or anything like that. I cant hear voice it stopped working.
                So I wish to repair it under the warranty.
                I hope I'll get response from you guys as early as possible. Thank you.

                        I have submitted my boat airdopes for replacement on 25th may 2021 Ticket number is 2406942. Service Centre executive told me that I will get my product in 18-20 days. It's been 25 days and when I tried to check my ticket status it is not getting updated. waybill number [protected].

                          No Service after warranty period

                          If a person is spending a decent amount on expensive earphones he should get a service (even if charged one) for at last 4/5 years. boAt is not providing any service after 1 year, which leads to a new purchase creating a lot of electronic trash. This is harmful for the environment.
                          I bought boAt bluetooht earphone in February 2020. within 1 1/2 years one side of the same is not working.
                          I am ready to pay for the repair but service...

                            I have issued a complaint regarding my BOAT AIRDOPES 431 and it was exchanged but i got back a wrong product. I got BOAT AIRDOPES 131 instead of BOAT AIRDOPES 431. So i request you to give my product back.

                              Hello, i have purchased boat airdope dc edition from boat offical website on 13 may 2021 but still not received my boat airdope and i called many time some says your order will be deliver within 3-4 days and other person said your refund has been done but when i see my bank details there were no refund back then i called again to the custtomer care they said your order is on the way. Overall they are fooling me and disconnetcing phone. My tracking id 359520.

                                I had handed over my Boat Airdopes 402 for replacement to your pick up agent on 29/05/2021 from Raipur. While tracking with ticket number its shows the product delivered to Padagha and shows company seal on Recipient and that date was 01/06/2021. After that I didn't get any status updation about the product .my ticket number is 2417466. Kindly solve this matter and replay to me

                                  I have purchased a neckband from boat model number is 265v2 but they did not respond regarding the issue from 2 months and after that they said we do not have that product model for replacement. so i said please provide another model of my choice but they did not gave me that and said we will provide you 80 percent refund and i said yes. next day they said we are dispatching your product because we have that product now in our stock bit after wasting one week they provide me wrong product model i.e 255 pro and i dont need that and now they are saying you have to wait again.

                                    Sir i have purchased boat Aavante bar 2000 16 0W bluetooth in October 28 when i have tried to use it the power was not supplying in it the bluetooth speaker is now completely damaged and not in use this problem was from boat and i got 1 year warrenty chance to replace it so please i request you tho please replace my product and give me new one

                                      I ordered a boat airdops 441 pro and I paid for product and 8 days over still know order is not dispatched
                                      But boat product is good
                                      But I dont know that boat lifestyle website is one of the worst delivery service in this world because they cannot mention the time or date while ordering the product only online payment only
                                      I thought that they told in delivery policy within 3to5days but I waited and still know order is not dispatched
                                      If you can please help me with speed delivery within 4days after that I'm going to work if you cant delivery in time please cancel my product imidetly and refund my full amount back
                                      So that I can go with this same product in Amazon because they have fast delivery within 2 days so that I can enjoy your product
                                      If you delivery after 29JUN2021 I dont want your product because I will not available to take a delivery because I told I'm going to work
                                      If you think you can easily escape from me
                                      And dont say that silly reason
                                      Everything is your mistakes
                                      There is no perfect delivery date or time...
                                      And dont think peoples are blind
                                      Ur same product other websites are delivery in 2 to 3 days
                                      Only ur website is playing with customers
