I had battery issues after a few months of average usage in my earbuds so I decided to claim warranty. I filed a complaint on their website on 17th May. The product got picked the next day and the "new" product was dispatched on 23rd of May after completion of their "testing phase".
My ticket no. is : 2370198
So, I waited and waited, the shipment arrived in my city and sat there for 4 days. There was no attempt made for delivery. Even in the courier's website my pincode was in green zone. After 4 days it got sent back to the seller on June 3rd.
[NOTE: There is no way of contacting the DELHIVERY courier as there is no Ph.no.]
I made calls every 2-3 days to Boat customer care and all they said was to wait. The last phone call I made to them was on 7th June and as usual they said the same thing. So, I decided to wait for 3 weeks and nothing has been done so far. As of 23rd of June (1 month since dispatch) the courier details on their website have been expired. I again tried to reach them out yesterday (22nd June), I was 35th in the waiting queue and just as my turn came they hung up and said "We've noted your number, we'll call back soon". No call has been made yet from their side.
If anyone from boAt is reading this please help me out. I am extremely panicked. I can understand situations are difficult in this current scenario.
But, I would be relieved if you can help me out ASAP. It's been 1.5 months since I gave up my earbuds and still haven't recieved the fixed one.
