Yesterday(June 24th, 2021), I received a notification for my order which stated that the order is delivered. However, I didn't receive any package. I tried connecting with the courier company(ShipRocket), but they denied to entertain my request and advised me to connect with boAt.
Unfortunately, the customer support of boAt is terrible. I have called the support number couple of times but it gets disconnected after 20 mins.
I have also tried to connect with them via email but all I am getting is system-generated responses.

Please help me resolve this issue.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It has taken more than 12 days .
But still show approval pending for exchange.
