My Boat airdopes earpod was not working properly. It had charging issues and also the left pod was not working. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 3rd June 2021. It's 21st June 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest....

Airdopes stuck in changing case and I tried to much to take out but nothing happens.Please pay attention towards it...

I handover my boat earphone to Courier guy. earphone was not in working condition. It is still on the warranty period so I am expecting a working condition or replacement of earphone which I already given to Courier guy on[protected]. Please check it and start next process.

I had an issue with the earphones within 4th month of purchase.
Requested repair on April, but has not yet cleared.Such a waste customer service experience with Boat...

My product not delivered by courier support...when i called courier support the number is not rechrged
And courier support not try to contact me and says customer was not available
.Shipment was done by the boat team 7days ago but because of carelessness of courier support i can't get it at my door step....

I have not received my order evn though your supply boy didn't contact me and he what m I do And your delivery boys number which are provided to me is out of recharge how I can contact him

I want my order fast your service quality is too bad...

Returned the product on 8 June but still didn't received any update regarding refund . How much time it will take to get the refund. Order no. 434161...

Referring to the above subject it is very disappointing to see the kind of response we receive from customer support team. Complaint was raised on 15th May, 2021 and product was picked on 17th May 2021. Post that there is no update in ticket nor there is response in email. Its been 26 days that my product is picked up for warrenty claim and still its pending i didn't get any information about the product nor any delivery please deliver my product as early aas possible.also the customer executive were giving unsatisfied answers.do improve your service...

My boats airdopes 171, bought in the month of february, hence it is in the warranty period now. It is not charging, thereby I request you to either replace the product or repair it.
