Hi, I purchased the BoAt eardopes, and I kinda liked the product but I only have one problem that because they were wireless, they kept on falling . As a user, I cannot just wait for them to fall . I cannot just put them and not dare to tilt or move my head . The product is FINE, but the problem is with its falling . I had a suggestion, thus am writing this complaint, Why dont you people add a little more magnetic property to it where you have put the charging port.

When I contacted the team they apologized and arranged pickup of the wrong replaced earphones with courier patner xpressbees... With ticket no 2401047
When handed the product to your delivery agent... They say they can't take it as it is not the product shown and the reason is not mentioned... I while registering the complaint mentioned the reason.. In this I am suffering and it seems no one is concerned as neither boat customer care is working not anything else.pls help
