      Delivery boy didn't shipped my order. He was used bad words for me.

        My head set is not working one side. Then i applied for Warranty calm and xpress bee pickup my headaet. I handover it on 12 th april 2021. Now its 23 april 2021. No response from aboat and xoress bee. And no response from your Coustmer care.
        I don't no what to do. Now am not recommending any one to buy boad products. Because this was your services.
        Please resolve my problem has soon has possible.

                I had an issue with my boAt Airdopes 121v2 TWS Earbuds (Active Black) of audio problem. I placed a complaint regarding this on 21st March 2020. As per my complaint, a replacement was issued of my product on.

                I handed my earbuds to the delivery agent at the time of pick up in another box (Because as per your mail, I should not give the original box and accessories to him). The delivery agent who came at my place asked me to give the original box and accessories or else he will not take my product back. Since he was assigned to do this work from your side, I believed on him and handed all the accessories and the original product box to him.

                But now when my replaced product arrived, it doesn't contain the original product box or any accessories.
                How will I charge my product? Even the ear cushions provided aren't suitable for me. I need an original box to keep my product and other accessories.

                Earlier I contacted your customer care on 3rd April 2021, the guy asked me to write a reply email on the same email Id from which I was getting updates. He also said that it might take 10-15 days to get a reply from our side as we get too many mails. So I sent a mail regarding this on 3rd April 2021 only. But till date I haven't got any response from your side.

                Please do the needful ASAP.

                          My product is there in there service center since 23rd March 2021. Till now they didn't provided any reply through mail or call about when I will get it back. Whenever I contacted them they said that 'We had highlighted your issue and you will get updates definitely'. Please help me
