Hi, I have been using this BOAT Airpord 131 Black from last 2 months and from once week it's mic has been completely unresponsive,

The listener is unable to hear what I say to him during phonecall, ,

I have been trying to reach customer care but no response,

The service centers are closed and no one is answering calls on numbers provided on website
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Worst site ever. I ordered boat smart watch worth rs 29999/- transaction id- [protected] and order id- [protected]- [protected]
    The amount is deducted from bank account but order is not placed. I would never buy anything from boat and would not even recommend to anyone..please resolve my issue as soon as possible

    Same issue fr ne also... but no response ... the money gt deducted bt they said there is transaction prob... n the order is nt yet confirmed nor delivered...

        They took my product on april 12 and april 14 its said that replacement product dispaching in 5 buisness days.but its may 5 now ..no response from them after that

            I bought a stone granade speaker last week but now it's not switching on, now i hate the brand because i paid 1399 rupees and now it's not working and also battery life is very very bad. Till now i had a faith in boat now it's gone within one week the product goes on damage and also it's battery backup is too bad

                My ticket no. 2296466 . I requested for a replacement of my boat airdopes 441 blue on 25 april 2021 today is 5 may 2021 and i still havent got any text or call update when my product will be delivered. I get there is sometimes delay in delivery but i would really consider i[censored] could get my product delivered to be me as soon as possible

                                  I ordered a storm smart watch on 14 march, because of some reason i had to return it, the refund was about to be refunded by 20 april, now when I checked the ticket the status is showing refunded on 19th April, but no amount is credited in my account. I even checked my statement but there is no credit. And I am not able to connect to boat. Please help me.
