Sir in my boat headphones I have facing some issues so that's why I given to boat customer service.but now it over one month but I didn't get my package back please give me some update... replacement issued on 14april but didn't get my replacement product

          My service ticket number is 2235249. I have warranty on my product. I had sent to service center. They verified and updated for replacement on my product on 14th April 2021. Your team updated me replacement within 5 business working days. Till now I have requested two times but I didn't received any update on my product replacement. Please update me as soon as possible.

                          Hi,
                          We had ordered Airdrope 431 from boat company 8months back, we have already registered 4th time complains and escalated the matters on multiple platforms but asual with no help coming forward. I need refund complete amount of my product as Boat product worst for using it. never recommend such product to anyone. Kindly look into this asap as nobody from boat are responding.
                          This has happened 4th Time as product issue we have faced.
