I bought earphoens 3 months back...and one side of it is not working.i raised a complaint 10 days back but I didn't get any reply from support system.

    My product has been taken for the replacement after i raised a complaint against my porduct boat airdopes 402 black..Its been more than 20 days i have not received my airdopes..I want my product back as soon as possible.. Otherwise i going complaint against your company

      As i placed a order for Boat Rockerz 450 in a sale On Boat site. it cost me around 899 rs. i paid it on the online paytm mode my money deducted i didn't got any order id. So i tried to contact them through customer care they told me that sir wait 4-5 hours. If you didn't get your order id then the money will be reflected to your account in the same payment manner. It's been a one month now i've contacted many times to them they are just saying me to send the mail they will reply you under 24 hours i'm not getting any response from them what should i do now. Please help me regarding this

            I had bought Boat Rockerz 400 Black/red in the month of december 2019, after using it for few months i came across to a physical damage which i wanted to repair and hence i returned the product for repairing in the month 2020, and till now i haven't got my headphones back, i have tried to contact boat customer care, but never got any response from you, customer care executive never recieves call and it's been a year i haven't got my headphones and i want to know about the updates regarding the same

              I ordered a product on march 8 and it has been cancelled by boAt side on march19.Still now i didn't get my refund. I called their customer care about 7-8 times but they didn't look into this matter.

                  Respected sir, I've complained for my boAt Bassheads earphones replesment in which courier boy has been picked up parcle and handed over to service station. Now whenever i check the status of my ticket it shows that date is 29 of april and it says itom is in checking and testing period it takes two buisness days. But its been 8 days no updates. I request you to please do some action as soon as possible

                    On feb 22nd ordered "boat rockerz 235v2 Bluetooth headset" in flipkart.am facing issue in that headset it is not working. I contact flipkart customer service they provided your number for further support. I am trying to contact many times but am not getting response from your side.
                    that headset as 1 year warranty so provide support on that.2 month only completed but that headset not working so please help me on this asap.

                      I placed an order on 04 May 2021 .i.e. for Airdopes (ordered copy attached). But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
                      When I am trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ").
                      This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but that order is still waiting for dispatch.

                            I Purchased my boat headphones from amazon on 14 march 2020. now after more than 1 year o[censored]se, the ear cushions are deteriorating. i have kept the product with care but still the cushions are tearing apart. I enquired about new cushions from BOAT but they said that they dont provide spare parts. Also they were under the warranty of 1 year which is expired now. So i want a solution a solution regarding this because i[censored] are selling a product then u should atleast provide spare parts. I talked with their customer care but they rejected my call.

                                      Worst site ever. I ordered boat smart watch worth rs 29999/- transaction id- [protected] and order id- [protected]- [protected]
                                      The amount is deducted from bank account but order is not placed. I would never buy anything from boat and would not even recommend to anyone..please resolve my issue as soon as possible
