          I have submitted my product on 5th April 2021 my ticket number was 2217300. todays is 19th April but i did receive any confirmation regarding problem. i called 3 times in your customer support every one said wait for 3 days. your will receive update regarding this. if your currier partner not giving best delivery i do not know why you all of you taking services of these type of currier partners. any ways this is your call but i want to know about why i am suffer for this

              I did a request for replacement of a product ( Earphones basshead 242 yellow) and there courier partner takea my product from me and give them for replacement but since 18 days my ticket status is showing "Replaced product dispatching in 5 business days.

                        I have ordered Boat Airdopes 402 (blue) on the 4th of April it's expected delivery date was the 11th of April but have not got my product delivered yet and I want to cancel the order now. Order number - #279296.

                        I also have tried to contact their customer care but they gave a very annoying reply and asked to have a conversation with their delivery partner.

                        I want to cancel this order and get 100% cashback ASAP.

                                    My order with I'd 295370 was placed on 12 April still my order have not been delivered yet . What are you guys doing ? Is this your service seriously . That's why people don't prefer company site to buy anything because 3 party like Amazon and flipkart delivered withing 3 days and you guys really suck at delivery.
