I bought these six months back and they have sudddenly stopped working it's not even charging please change my earphones and give
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My Airdopes 131 was received on the 7th of April and it has stopped working. Not even a month. And I am unable to reach their customer care. Horrible customer service.

    The pick up boy take the boat band from the pickup point.and when i check the status he close the pickup and he don't return my watch also.what type of service your given.pls take good staff not like thife.give any solution other wise i take different actions.cctv footage i can use .i can twite with prof against ur service and fraud.

              I brought this earphone 15 days back on 15 April have a problem with my Bluetooth headset..

              It's now working properly.. Can you please fix the issue or guide me on who can resolve the issue..

                  I bought this item in amazon on 05/11/2020 at the intial time it was working good but later within 2months it got issues the right earphone was not working...I just registered a complaint on boat support where they accept my complaint for replacement or refund my money & they gave me a ticket number which was 2281657 on 21/04/2021 then they sent their courier partner from blue dart they collect my boat earphone on 24/04/2021 there they gave me a reference number/waybill no which is [protected]...The product was finally arrived at Amz- Bhiwandi on 27/04/2021 and the recipient name is Sachin. but till now i didnt get any updates/details of my product ..please kindly ensure my complaint and resolve my problem either by replacement of this product or refund my money...

                      I registered a complain against my boat earphone and the item was colkected from me by your courier agent but the warranty claim product was deleivered to other. Customer showing in track the product .

                                  Hello, I am Connected with your customer service many times they are just bluffing every time that product will get delivered within 2 days. Now I want to cancel My order but there is no cancellation option available at my end so I contacted one customer service lady she said you will get mail regarding the cancellation. But there is no such EMAIL received to me. This is really harassing me during this covid time I will go to consumer court. I want my money back Now I dont want your product now.
