    My earphones are not working from the past month... I have already been to the service centre in janakpuri. I also provided them with the invoice
    But they are providing me their excuses of not having my product in stock
    Can you please pickup my earphones and provide me with new ones as these are in their warranty period.

      Hello, I've ordered boat airdopes 381 active black from boat website after receiving the product I'm not satisfied with build quality so i file a return complaint they just give raised ticket order ID but when i raise my issue they are closing the raised ticket without saying anything. Please help me out to get my product return and my refund too..

        The boAt airdopes ordered on 7th April, 2021 stopped working on the 20th of April. And I have tried to reach the customer service number, tried to register a complaint on the website, e-mail, twitter and Instagram, but no response. I am stuck with a defective item. Horrible services with absolute no regard for accountability.

            I have complained about my Boat Rockerz 450 headphone on April 8th 2021 and they picked up on 11th April 2021 and it has been 20 days but they don't send it. I haven't received any updates regarding the status of my product. Last status shown was "Replacement Product issued" on 13/04/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.

              My headphone and ear buds stop working.I complain on boat warranty service my ticket number is 2218130 and 2218123 they pick my produce on 6 April and on 19 April product has been delivered at their service hub .now they not replying to my mails and not giving me my product it is more then 2 weeks I am waiting for my products.

                  The pick up boy take the boat band from the pickup point.and when i check the status he close the pickup and he don't return my watch also.what type of service your given.pls take good staff not like thife.give any solution other wise i take different actions.cctv footage i can use .i can twite with prof against ur service and fraud.

                                I bought this item in amazon on 05/11/2020 at the intial time it was working good but later within 2months it got issues the right earphone was not working...I just registered a complaint on boat support where they accept my complaint for replacement or refund my money & they gave me a ticket number which was 2281657 on 21/04/2021 then they sent their courier partner from blue dart they collect my boat earphone on 24/04/2021 there they gave me a reference number/waybill no which is [protected]...The product was finally arrived at Amz- Bhiwandi on 27/04/2021 and the recipient name is Sachin. but till now i didnt get any updates/details of my product ..please kindly ensure my complaint and resolve my problem either by replacement of this product or refund my money...
