I had purchased boat bassheads 182 red wired earphone on August 2020. I am having sound issue in my left earbud. Left earbuds has very slow sound as compared to right earbud. Please look into it.

      I have boat avante 2000 soundbar i purchasing this product on 20 oct 2020, actually my boat soundbar is not working so I'm contacting for complain but boat service didn't receive my call so what am i do ! Im too sad for this company.

        My order with I'd 295370 was placed on 12 April still my order have not been delivered yet . What are you guys doing ? Is this your service seriously . That's why people don't prefer company site to buy anything because 3 party like Amazon and flipkart delivered withing 3 days and you guys really suck at delivery.

            Here is a connect and disconnect problem in a rocker 235v2. It's has also a starting point problem...it is not start at a one time..I'm also trying to register a complaint last one month but there is no response to the service center.

            It has a connect and disconnect problem in the product in last few months even it's not starting last 1 week. It is automatically disconnect with the device and automatically switch off. Now I want to solution about the product. Kindly help me in it. Thank you

                  I placed an order for Bluetooth earphones (payment copy attached). But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order..
                  When I checked the FAQs It was mentioned in the that order will be placed in 3-5 business days but that order details are still missing..
                  Also I have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but I did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
                  Please let us know the reason why the order has not been placed.
                  Kindly help us to get my product to me and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.
                  I ordered from Boat's official site but got this type of service..
                  I'm totally disappointed by all this stuff.. 😑

                      I have ordered boat rockerz 235 v2 black with order no 278709 but i got an empty box so i raised a ticket with ticket no 127640 regarding that i have also sent them pictures and my ticket was resolved and my exchange was approved but its been a week and there is no response from the company neither they have sent me ant information nor they telling when my order will dispatch

                                  Hello,
                                  I've Purchased boAt 381 Wireless Earbuds. Suddenly i started facing charging n pairing issue with my earbuds. Company has been replaced the products and again after 1 month new product started giving pairing issue in single earbuds. 2 times this happened n whenever I m requesting for callback, company is messaging me that we r not able to reach you. 2000 is not small amount for us. Kindly return me my money or else replace my product with another earbuds. I don't want same product again. I m not free to go there every month for replacing product.
                                  Kindly sort my issue ASAP.

                                    I recently bought boat a350 type c 1.5m usb cable and it stopped working after 6 months..im experiencing frequent disconnections and its frustrating. I called at the customer service and they told me to go to service centre in kalkaji that is aprox 40km away from my house. when i went there the service centre told me that they dont have the model of that wire. i dont know how u guys are appointing service centres.they wasted soo much of time and then they told me to contact customer service again and they will provide me pick and drop service. after contacting them they told me to mail to this address. it feels like going around in a government office. this is really not done. SO i demand a pick and drop for the cable as early as possible im facing alot of issues
                                    it doesnt have any physical damage also and im attaching the invoice for the same

                                      I have bought a Boat Sound bar 1160 in September 2020 through Amazon. It is still in warranty. It is connected by AUX cable to my TV but since more than a month now no sound is playing through it.

                                      I registered a complaint on 23.03.2021 (Complaint No. 2173461). The Technician visited and could not identify the problem. Then finally stated that the AUX cable was faulty. Though in warranty, I had to buy the AUX cable as it is an accessory. Even with the new AUX cable the problem persisted. When I called to state that the problem was NOT resolved, I was given the number of the supervisor who assured me that I should lodged a fresh complaint and he will look into it. I lodged a complaint and this was on 01.04.2021 (Complaint No. 2208188). I had also specifically requested that the earlier technician should not be sent. When I followed up on phone on 01.04.2021 after lodging the complaint, I was told that the technician will come within 2-3 days. No one has turned up till date.

                                      It is felt that the issue is being dragged so that the product goes out of warranty and I can be charged.

                                      If the Company feels my product cannot be repaired, then I want a refund or replacement.
