I had purchased boat 255 pro bluetooth in November month 2020 from amazon, now my Bluetooth is not working, even not connecting in my device and other device also. so please repair or replace this Bluetooth as soon as possible, i have 1 year period time warranty card also. my email id. is [protected]@gmail.com

My bluetooth earphones are out of sync everytime whenever i play any video on any platform wether its youtube or any site or app. The video lag behind the sound. My earphones run 2-3 seconds ahead of the video and ruining all fun. My phone is poco x3.

Left side is not working anymore.

I've ordered BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds in www.boat-lifestyle.com website for rs.1999/- with order number # 276451 and made payment through razor pay portal.

As per the delivery policy i should get the order within 7-10 business days and the tracking number details should be sent to me once the product dispatched from warehouse. Till now i haven't received my product and tracking details. I've sent many mails mentioning my issue to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and received no response from the team. I tried calling to the customer care number [protected] and the number is not working. Please look into this issue asap

Today i received my boat headphone. This headphone is so dirty & sound quality so poor. When i call any one then i could not listen any thing clearly. So i request to exchange this product. I think this product is already used by any one

I buy Boat soundbar but not working

Hello this side shivam,
on date 25/09/2020, I had order boat basshead 100 pink from amazon(having warranty of 1 year),
now from last one month it stops working
I was already mailed on [protected]@imaginemarketing.com for my query, they doesn't reply of mail, and when I complaint a register it shows me nearest service center which is about 80 Km from me(pincode 232329), how can I go that far .
please help me, and make it applicable for home pickup

One side is not working properly

Hii my head phone is in warranty but not working i called service center in Bangalore for replacement but they are denying and saying no stock available so i request you to take action against Bangalore services center

I have ordered boat headphones on 23 feb 2021 which have warranty of 1year .i want to replace it.

This is to bring in to your notice that my brand new headphones “Boat Rockerz 400 Wireless Headphones” were given for repair at Boat Authorised Service Center "Srinivas Telecom, Bangalore", vide Service Order no. 308 dated 03.03.2021 and Ticket No. 2099822 was raised. I was told that the repaired product will be delivered at home.
Further, It is to be noted that after over one month of pursuing the repair of my brand new headphones, it has finally been repaired and handed over to me today.

However, It has been used extensively by somebody before handing it over to me. The device was just a day old when it was given for repair and had no signs of any wear and tear but the product I have received today has clearly been used extensively by someone before handing it to the owner. There are several scratches all over the headphones and strands of hair on the ear pads. I am extremely disappointed with Boat India and it’s absolutely pathetic service.

Bluetooth headset is not working, not charging even not blinking any light. Totally dead. Purchase date is 22.01.2021
