I have ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah through your website but I have received power bank of MI Company. The shipping bill pasted on the product is also for Samsung but inside the package I found MI Product.
Please arrange to exchange the product as I prefer Samsung brand.

have ordered a xiaomi 10400mah power bank through bookmyoffer and the order id is [protected]. I have recieved the product on 25/04/2016. As it's of 10400mah it took 5 hours to get fully charged. Then when i connected it with my mobile, it got dicharged within 10 mins, charging my mobile only for 2%. I want my money back as soon as possible because the product is not fulling my desire...or change the product which can fullfill my desire...
