I brought a Samsung 16800mah power bank on 17th April and it delivered to me yesterday on 22nd April . The product you provide me it was some defects. It not changing and not working. When I first changing the power bank 3 hours and then when I connected it to mobile with the data cable mobile not be chageing. Plz tell me it solution.

I purchased a mi power bank of 10400 mah from bookmyoffer website and in invoice also its written branded mi power bank but its not a mi power bank.I want to return it. I ordered mi samsung power bank and this company has send a fake power bank which got full charged in 1 hour and when i plugged it in my mobile, it just charged for 20 min and went off.

When i called their customer care, they said there is no waranty or guarantee of the product. But waranty guarantee starts when the product deliver is genuine and in the working condition.

Please take action against these fake people who are there to make fool of people.

1. Booking of order for samsang power bank dated 28/03/2016.
2. Same day after booking i contacting you on customer care number for cancelation of above order but there was no response call auto cut
3. After that i send you a mail for cancelation of above order same day.
4. But taking no response you deliver that order.
5. After checking i found that device is defective and no working properly. So i write a mail to you regarding this problem and also contacted you on customer care number but in vain call auto cut.
6. I again send a mail to you on dated 01/04/2016 but no response from you side. When i again write you i will go to for legal action than you reply me that “this is to notify that we have received your query and it has been forwarded to the concerned department. We request you to grant us 48 hours to get back to you. We anticipate your co-operation on the same”.
7. Even after 48 hours no response from your side.
8. Today (06/04/2016) fortunately your customer care number responded me and told that your forwarding to concerning department and you will get response soon.


This is to inform you that above steps were taking by me. Now it is your responsibility to take action regarding my compliant otherwise i will be bound for legal action.
