Recently i discussed about my problem . that i have purchased mi power bank, that was totaly useless from starting . i contact in customer care they told me, our service men will come there within two days for picking your product but now is just going 7th day no one call i get. so i waana ask deliver person, is that become india digital country, reputed site also doing fraud . how can i trust next time. thanks

I received call from book my offer mobile no is +91-[protected] (Abhijit Bhattacharya) may be fake name. He told me they are ready to refund my amount but I need to go to Axis ATM to send refund request and follow the steps which he will tell in ATM.


I go to the ATM and call him. He ask me my account balance then I inform very low amount balance. Then he said go to
Banking Service --- Transfer ---- Enter account number ----


I inform him this is balance transfer procedure not for refund request. Actually there is no refund procedure through ATM as per my knowledge. Then he disconnect the call. After that I tried to calling him but he is not receiving my call.

I online order MI/Samsung Power bank 20400 mAh from your bookmyoffer.com on date[protected]. Yesterday date[protected] I received it & give cash INR 750/- when I open product box then I found that, book my offer company cheated me in the product delivery. I received unknown company product of very low mAh capacity. No warranty card or company packing. On the product Samsung sticker is stick with 16800 mAh. Actually this product is 3.7 V = 3700 mAh. Also its not in working condition.


I am trying to complaint on there custom care no +91-[protected] but no one is responding. Also I mailed to there customer care email id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but there is no any reply from there,


I would like to inform you all that, stop purchasing from bookmyoffer.com they are cheating to customers.

1. There was no company packing, neither any warranty card.

2. The charging is not at all effective, power bank discharges very quickly even though its a 16800mah.

Sir I had order a branded stylish ray ban aviator black sun glass. But this glass not black, its light brown colour.. This glasses many types of scratches like uppar glass and frame. So sir plz accept my complaint and sent to the right product.. So plz solve my problem, and call me.. I dont expect this type of service. I had ordered black but its changed, this colour I don't like it.. Even this glass scratched, glass and frame all scratched.. I don't understand what is this service. Very low type service, so plz solve my problem and change the sun glass..

I have purchased sun glasses from 'bookmyoffer' on 11 april'2016 and the electronic order confirmation was [protected] . The sun glasses were mentioned as of 'RAY BAN' on site 'Bookmyoffer', but the delivery which i got was of duplicate product. I have attached the electronic copy of the invoice as well in .doc format.

The customer care number provided by the site is also a fake, number is [protected].

This E-commerce web site is duping lot of people by sending the fake products at a very high rate, and are doing unethical business. On sending the mail to the website owners i didnt got a response from them even.

Request you to please take an action on these kind of people who are doing bad business.
