I had ordered a mi 20800 mah powerbank from book my offer in offer for rs. 650 my order no. Is [protected].The product is visibly fake and of bad quality.It is the worst shopping store ever. They're clearly cheating their customers.I have written mails, submitted many complaint tickets even tried calling on their customer care number which goes unanswered every time.They are not just promoting local products but even fooling the buyers by claiming the originality of the product before taking the payment.It is a fraudulent website which should be sued for its bad way of getting business.They are robbing people out there.I request all the people who've been their victim to drop a text on [protected] so we can take legal action against this site.

I booked a samsung 16000 mah powerbank on the site book my offer. I got it after 3 or 4 days.When i opened the pack there was no guarantee cars and product looked like it has been used. When i opened the cover, itz written on cover is 25000 mah, but on the product itz 168000. I charged it fully. And wgen i used it only gives me about 1000 mah.I got waste of money.I tried to contact them no reply.I kindly request u to give us the right of the consumers to get the right product for the value of the money i had payed.

I have purchaged mi 10400 power bank, I have done full charge of power bank and connected to my redmi prime not mobile after 30 percent charging the power bank automatically switch off.
this product is fully fake so i requested to customer care tell to department provide original product to customer.
Don't play with customer money.

The customer care number you provided isalso not receiving any calls. This is not a way to deal with your customers. Recived mi power bank 10400 mah
With no bill no proper packaging
Product's outer cover is also damaged and also power bank is not working properly
It claims 10400 mah but it only provides a 1500 mah
Also power bank becames very hot during charging. Recived with a lot of scratches performance below the level, also the customer care is not responding to call displayed on "www.bookmyshow.com"
As if the company is fraud and cheating pleoples to make easy money .
