I have purchased MI power bank from bookmyoffer.com. It is damaged product and cable is not working. I have raised ticket with customer support but no response from them. I have tried to call support number but no luck. Can you please help ? I am not getting any communication from them. It will be great if you can help me.

I booked a samsung 16000 mah powerbank on the site book my offer. I got it after 3 or 4 days.When i opened the pack there was no guarantee cars and product looked like it has been used. When i opened the cover, itz written on cover is 25000 mah, but on the product itz 168000. I charged it fully. I have ordered a Mi20800mah through your website but I have received power bank of Samsung Company. The shipping bill pasted on the product is also for mi but inside the package I found Samsung Product.
Please arrange to exchange the product as I prefer MI brand.
This is not only the case of customer satisfaction but also your brand image.

I received fake mi 10400 mah power bank from your company. It doesn't charge phone for even 5 mins. My order no is. UNIBMOC206370. The customer care number you provided isalso not receiving any calls. This is not a way to deal with your customers. Your company better respond to customer complaints quickly otherwise it'll be bad for your reputation. Also we'll not recommend others to buy any product from your company...

Order Confirmation Number: [protected]) received this product while using it felt something wrong with this product hence enquired to mi service centre by seeing this product they said it's not mi product and mi doesn't have authenticity of this product hence I consider this transaction as fraud....

Recived mi power bank 10400 mah
With no bill no proper packaging
Product's outer cover is also damaged and also power bank is not working properly
It claims 10400 mah but it only provides a 1500 mah
Also power bank becames very hot during charging. Recived with a lot of scratches performance below the level, also the customer care is not responding to call displayed on "www.bookmyshow.com"
As if the company...

When i am open and charging the power bank over night and trying to charging my smart phone in morning, am enable to charge, because the output of the power is not working.
