I have received a duplicate mi powerbank of 20800 mah which was unable to charge a phone even for 5 minutes after charging the powerbank fully. Just after few minutes after the delivery of the product it didn't work at all. I request you to replace this with the original product which i have ordered for or refund me the price i. They are not properly working, Now you have two options
1. Give me my money back (900 rupees)

And today received the delivery of the same and was shocked to see that bookmyoffer.com has cheated the customers, supplying the duplicate material instead of original one on which basis they had attracted the customers.

So replace the duplicate
Samsung 16800mah Branded Power Bank against Order Confirmation Number: [protected] with the original one within in 24 hours.
If not then I have to file fraud case in consumer cort against bookmyoffer.com

The product looks duplicate and dint work...it is showin fully charged but not giving output. 2ndly dr is no operating manual n neither did book my offer gave any receipt or invoice. Dis is horrible. M after seeing all dis post i feel like being cheated.

I again requist consumer complaint cell, that stricked action must be taken against default company. The day i had filled the complaint and on very next day received call from bookmyoffer.com, that we admire our mistake and the same will be sorted out by replacing dupilcate product with original product of Samsung and your money will be refunded, but till date it is more then a month, bookmyoffer.com had not fulfilled their comitment. So stricked action must be taken the to safegurd the customer, who are doing online shopping.
AAnd also update the Samsung company that under their name, customer/public is being checked, which in results making very bad impact on their brand. They must also take necessary action against it.

Till date my complaint is being un heard, so now i will take action which will soon be noticed by bookmyoffer.com.

I ordered mi samsung power bank and this company has send a fake power bank which got full charged in 1 hour and when i plugged it in my mobile, it just charged for 20 min and went off.

When i called their customer care, they said there is no waranty or guarantee of the product. But waranty guarantee starts when the product deliver is genuine and in the working condition.

Please take action against these fake people who are there to make fool of people.

This is my complaint which i did to company website:

I have bokked my ref/order no.
[protected] dt. 17.4.16 for mi power bank 20800mah, recieved this item on 21.4.16 with out any user manual packed in polythene not in its original packing looking used/ old, after observation/check, i found that the item is faulty not charging properly when i charged my phone from power bank discharge immediately ( about 25% in 30 minutes, one led indicator off out of four ) however phone charge only 3%,
This item is not a genuine product of mi it is duplicate/false product .

I request you to refund my amount and collect the item immediately. Please take it as urgent .
