I have received a duplicate mi powerbank of 20800 mah which was unable to charge a phone even for 5 minutes after charging the powerbank fully. Just after few minutes after the delivery of the product it didn't work at all. I request you to replace this with the original product which i have ordered for or refund me the price i. I ordered mi samsung power bank and this company has send a fake power bank which got full charged in 1 hour and when i plugged it in my mobile, it just charged for 20 min and went off.

When i called their customer care, they said there is no waranty or guarantee of the product. But waranty guarantee starts when the product deliver is genuine and in the working condition.

Please take action against these fake...
