My Name is Nikhil Garg, I have bought Power bank on Dated 11th April 2016 via Bookmyoffer.com website. it's delivered approx. 15th April 2016 but when I opened product it's kind of duplicate product instead original one.

When i connected my mobile with Power Bank then power bank battery getting discharge with in 30 sec. and when i connect for charge it's takes 1 min. for charging.

However...

I purchased a samsung 32gp two memory card from book my offer shopping site. They sent me a fake product. I have called to customer care and give me your account no and debit card no but still no refund my cash and also debit my balnce in my account and crdited rs only balnce rs 453 amt quickly crdited in my account. Other wise i will go to consumer court. Sir its my first time to purchase online from your side. It was very bad experience....

I have ordered a xiaomi 20800mah power bank through bookmyoffer and the order id is [protected]. I have recieved the product on 23/04/2016. As it's of 20800mah it took 5 hours to get fully charged. Then when i connected it with my mobile, it got dicharged within 20 mins, charging my mobile only for 10%. I want my money back as soon as possible because the product is not fulling my desire....
