I had purchased samsung powerbankof 16800 mah when it is delivered at my address. When i open the box it is a fke powerbank or handmade having sticker of samsung and my 848 rupees loss .so help me. Item is sold by bks store delivered by gojvas . i had open the book my offer website and log in but there is no option of returning tgen i call for the customer care of book my offer which is given on the box but the number is not responding it...
