When u received the samsung 16800 power bank, it was already damaged physically and the usb to charge the phone was missing. The delivery person is evidence of the same.
And i have taken the his number down for future reference.
When spoke to the delivery person about the same, he states to call bookmyoffer.
Called bookmyoffer customer care, no one serious about the return of the product. Keeping on hold for long periods of time.
Such a shame. Have already logged a fir about the same.

I want my money back, as i got the product delivered on 1st april 2016. Money back period should be considered by bookmyoffer. They have cheated to customers.

I had purchased samsung powerbankof 16800 mah when it is delivered at my address. When i open the box it is a fke powerbank or handmade having sticker of samsung and my 848 rupees loss .so help me. Item is sold by bks store delivered by gojvas . i had open the book my offer website and log in but there is no option of returning tgen i call for the customer care of book my offer which is given on the box but the number is not responding it is aso fake so, my lst choice is indian consumer complaint so please help me

I order Samsung powerbank of capacity 16800MAH from book my offer..it was totally faulty.cant operating.vry disappointed for that.even book my offer customer care numbers also fake.they received cl and without satisfaction they ended the cl.vry frustrated.My 750rs was waste.plzz help mi for this problem.i am student.i know the value of 750rs.plzz cooperate with mi.otherwise I am going to consumer court in future.

Sri i purchased Samsung power bank 16800 mah in book my offers on the date of 21/3/2016 in the order id is [protected] billing amount is 848, i get this oder on 25/3/2016 when i opened the pack i come to known it's duplicate product from that itself i am trying to contract book my offers customers care it putting twice hold and it's got disconnected it's a frod company, this company is cheating people 850rupes is huge to middle class people, pleace take serious action against this company and help the people who loss is amount get back .

I ordered for samsung power bank but i recieved MI power bank its not working .I have never seen this type type of mishappening in any other site .i want to my original pack for wich i ordered..[protected].It is not taking charging .recently it blast one mobile cause of that one of my family were injured i will take some serious action for it i will post this isssue on facebook and all social media ..I want to spread that is book my offer .c9m is fake side and deals in duplicate product .

I am pained to inform you that the retailer who has delivered the item is a hoax. He has sent that power bank that dosent even work. Since there is no return or refund for theitem purchased in offer i am cheated as it is an gateway for you guys to get off the loop.

I had placed 3 orders on bookmyoffer.com site on march 4, 2016. I had ordered a mi 20400 mah power bank worth rs. 848 (Order no. [protected]), a black ray ban aviator worth rs. 898 (Order no. [protected]), and a combo pack including a memory card, earphones, a polo watch along with a reebok duffel bag worth rs. 548 (Order no. [protected]). All 3 orders were cod ones.

The order no. [protected], mi 20400 mah power bank worth rs. 848, was delivered on march 7, 2016 to me by gojavas courier company. I had a train to catch, due to which i couldn't check the product the same day. It was only on march 25, 2016 that i remembered to check the product. But it turns out, they delivered a duplicate product. It does not contain any certifications marked over it. Plus it is a faulty duplicate piece, since it is unable to charge any phone or tab. The remaining 2 orders haven't been delivered till date.

I have been dialing the customer care no. 91-[protected] ever since, but they never pick up. I also raised this issue to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com, the registered email id that sent me the confirmation mail for all the placed orders, but there has been absolutely response.

This is outrageous. It has been my fault for not checking the product soon, but is it so easy to deceive people with fraud offers and sales on online shopping sites? If you go on bookmyoffer.com, even now they have all kinds of fake offers to lure the customers. I only paid for the mi power bank, but i feel equally disappointed for the remaining 2 orders which haven't been delivered yet. Kindly take all the necessary actions to make sure they replace the duplicate product with the original one and deliver the remaining 2 orders as well. This site must not go on to cheat and frustrate its customers. Please, help me.
