I had seen the advertisement on facebook by www.bookmyoffer.com who were selling rayban sun glasses at 87% discounted price. I am some how aware of the originality of ray ban sunglasses as i am using the same. I was shocked after getting the product as it was totally fake product and when i complained to their customer service, they are unable to resolve my concern.

I buy for Samsung evo class 10 sd card and send you asmble company sd card this online chane book my offers is cheating and frod company so I all customers my request not buy any product this online company book my offers is cheating and frod company and product condition not good. So I return my money back your product. This company is Delhi and not receive customer care

I place a order in book my offer it is a fake product .a person called me from this number[protected] he says iam from book my offer he says give your debit card detail ill replace cash shall i believe him or else it may be fraud call...what shall i do... he asked my card detail unfortunately i gave him and he asked password i refused to give him .he tried again and again my password due to his fraud work my card has been blocked

I bought a power bank which i ordered on bookmystore.com online saying its samsung. But it was a fake product which was labelled as samsung and it did not last 5 minutes of charge. I am very much disapointed with the product. Why our government and police arrest these people who break the faith of others or fooling others by selling fake products online. I tried to contact thier customer care number buy no one responding. They don't have a correct address also. Please arrest these people as soon as possible so that they may not loot others too

I purchased a powerbank xiaomi mi 20800 mah for rs.748. After the product was delivered to me, when i used the product, i found it not of the capacity as it is mentioned on the website. Then i visited to xiaomi website and i found that they have power bank of maximum capacity 16000mah. It has been a long time since i complaining about the company again and again, but no final action is taken by them. They are just calling but not taking any action for refunding my money. Even i had mailed my a/c no. To the company. I am not feeling secure with bookmyoffer.com. I want you to take action against the company and provide me compensation for the time loss that i had suffered.

I did receive a damaged substandard product with my last order and was very shocked to know that I had ordered for Samsung 16000mah powerbank but in turn got damaged 25000mah which is very much lower in its standards and damaged. there isnt a powerbank from samsung with 25000mah.

This was my first order at bookmyoffer and disappointed.

Their customer care number doesnt work and mails sent to them regarding the same issue and to return the product, there isnt any response from them.

I have ordered Rayban Aviator Goggles from Bookmyoffer.com on 2nd Feb 2016 with order no. [protected], the same got delivered on 5th Feb 2016. I did not like the product quality as it seems like a duplicate product and also the product model is not the same which I have seen in website while ordering, so I have requested them through mail to arrange a return immediately. But till now they have not processed my request and when I am trying to reach their customer care no.+91-[protected] over phone, I am not getting any response. They have replied to my mail on 22nd Feb saying that my request has been transferred to concern department and they resolve the issue but after that I have not received any reply from them. Please look into the issue.
