I ordered an item named: "ray ban aviator rs 749 only, black" from the website named bookmyoffer.com which is running by a company named saturday sunday media internet private limited on 21.03.2016 22:59, but after receiving the order on date 28.03.2016 when i checked the item, it was different than what was shown on the website . I ordered the item as cod and the it was shipped to my home through go javas courier service . The item what i received is a purely duplicate item . There is already existing scratches on the item and i checked there return policy on their website and made a support ticket on their system support.Bookmyoffer.com . I also sent an email to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com for the product return . I didn't received any reply email yet from them . Also i tried calling to their customer-care number (91-[protected] ) which is getting disconnected each time . Please help me to get my refund form them or they should replce the product with the original one what they show on website .

I will order the Samsung power bank 16800 mAh, that material is totally damaged and very bad contusion so salvo that problem. Inner battery also very damaged and not working for this. Ours customer card also not response me, I'll call 20 times but not answering for me. Order No. [protected]

I have ordered vide reference order no- [protected] on 25th march, 2016, online a ray ban sunglass through book my offer.com for rs. 799/- + delivery charges rs. 99/- .
But i had received a courier on 28th march, 2016 a duplicate ray ban aviator black sunglass by book my offer.com. I had called to the given custome care number # [protected] but it was continuously discounted within a minute and i was unable to talk directly with the customer care.
I had put the mail to the said company on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com stating about the duplicate ray ban aviator black sunglass.
But i am very disappointed.
Till the date i have not received any call or feed back about my complaint from the bookmyoffer.com.
So please help me to return and refund my money.

I purchased two rayban from bookmyoffer.com.First one delivered to Hyderabad, which is genuine product.
2nd One delivered to Gaya, it is a totally fake product, its actually a road-side Rs 50/- sunglass.

My complain is this website is selling fake products and hence the license of this e-commerce website should be cancelled.Do not know how many more people they have made a fool of.

I have purchase one Power Bank in your company and this Power Bank is not working properly and power bank USB data Cabel is also not working and this Power Bank is charging not properly and this piece is damage. 1-RB Lable is misprinted,
2-There is a gap between thee Glass and Rim
3- Model number not mentioned
4- NO label on temple length or on bridge of glasses
4- Glasses are bad quality also not properly fitted in Rim
5- It shows duplicate Product, Material is of bad quality

I had to return it due to following drawbacks

1.The product which i received is different from the description from the website.
I ordered samsung power bank but i received mi power bank 20800mah.
2. The product is faulty/defective viz.Not able to charge any mobile phone.

One of there costumer care executive took my complaint with complaint no 70599 but from 15 days there is no any response yet.
