I also bought same but I received my refund,

You check your package at bottom if sub dealer is OP Traders Haryana then reply me at #[protected]@yahoo.co.in# I have his personal no.

May be you get ur money back, after refund u should also help others

I have called many times at their customer care no but no one picked the phone. I want that my order should be replaced as early as possible other i will take serious action towards the company. I received these items on 12.Aug.20 by eco express. When I open there is missing of one data cable in Samsung power bank box and ear phones are in very poor condition(these are not as per u shown in website), after that when I plunged in charge these power bank one of then(Samsung power bank) not working, there is no indication on led of device, after that is have try to contact on mobile no. I have bought Power Bank combo of Mi 10000 & Samsung 9000 from bookmyoffer.com. On receipt of the products, i found them non-fuctional and fake. I tried to call customer care around 10 times but nobody answers the phone and exactly after 2.05 minutes, the call gets disconnected. It appears that they have programed the phone to fool the customers. Please help me to get my money back or shut down this scam website and save other people from suffering this fraud.

Hi

Even i am one of the victim by BOOK MY OFFER Website as i purchased a mobile 1100 as i received 1110 instead of which i have added as well the battery is old one and he gave me a multiple charger instead of Company one.

When i tried reaching them, it says not reachable and they do not even have a return request order.

This is very pathetic and creating a bad impact by losing the customer.

Hence i would insist you guys not to buy any products from this website as it is a fraud and the Most wanted cheaters in India.
